B&B la Nannina

Great clean B & B in perfect location to train and touring Florence! Spacious room, but bathroom was very cramped. European standard I guess. Air conditioning worked well. There is a train right outside your room so if you’re a light sleeper it could bother you. But with AC running it was never a bother to us. Staff friendly and helpful.

We wanted to use Florence as a base for 7 nights whilst visiting Pisa and Siena with relative ease. As La Nannina is very close to the massive train station Santa Maria Novella, the bus station and even the tram service, the prices seemed very reasonable too, so decision was easily made. All those reviews that you read that talk highly of a spotlessly clean property, attention to personal requirements and the efficiency and friendliness of Andrea, Joseph and Roxanne do not lie or exaggerate! You enter through locked security gates, climb one floor to this delightful b&b (there is a lift if required). Only 4 bedrooms with the breakfast area a few steps away from your room. Excellent soundproofing, what's not to love 🥰. The team are always there to help, advise and are so very personable that we always enjoyed our chats and were very sorry to have to leave at the end of our stay. It felt like we were saying goodbye to friends....Because we had landed later in the evening, we chose to take a taxi to the b&b but chose to take the tram on our departure which was ridiculously easy and only 3 euros for the two of us. A very well situated accommodation, very clean and comfy, brekkie included, lots of helpful advice and amusing anecdotes so defo top marks on all counts !

This was one of our best experiences ever. The place is extremely nice, designed and run in a very good taste. The owners/hosts are very kind and caring. He prepares and makes the breakfast and your coffee every morning how you like it. Makes you feel really welcome at his place. It is really clean, cleaning is done every day and you come back to a cleaned and tidied room after your day activities/trips. Cleanliness is very important to us and we were extremely satisfied all the time. They pay attention to the slightest details and this contributes to the overall experience big time. Thank you for the amazing stay, highly recommended and we would return any time without hesitation!

Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo soggiornato per due notti. Dopo un'attenta ricognizione di tutti gli hotel/b&b della zona centro di Firenze Santa Maria Novella, abbiamo optato per B&B La Nannina. La sua posizione è veramente strategica, a pochi passi dalla stazione SMN e dal tram. I ragazzi sono cordiali e disponibili. Ci è stato chiesto di esprimere eventuali allergie (già per email prima di incontrarci) e preferenze per la colazione. La stanza (la nostra aveva un balcone) è tenuta benissimo, ha uno stile moderno ed è pulita. Non si sentono i rumori provenienti dall'esterno (neanche il tram). Abbiamo apprezzato molto il set "cortesia" che, oltre alle solite cose, conteneva anche una lametta, lo spazzolino per i denti e dischetti per il trucco (tutti sigillati nelle apposite bustine). Infine, molto utile la cucina nella saletta centrale (luogo dove si fa colazione): anche al di fuori della colazione, si può usare la macchinetta del caffè e sono disponibili alcuni snack o merendine, oltre all'acqua fresca. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza fantastica!

Tutto funzionale comodissimo pulito e organizzato ...a tutto questo aggiungi una grande disponibilità!!! Ci si sente coccolati e a casa!!! Letti comodissimi colazione curata ed abbondante! Posto facilmente raggiungibile e ci si muove benissimo!!! Molto consigliato

Piccolo bed and breakfast situato in un contesto condominiale a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria di santa Maria novella gestito con grande efficienza e gentilezza da 3 ragazzi molto professionali e cordiali. Camere piccole ma ben attrezzate. Ottima la colazione, servita dalle 8.30 alle 10, con buffet di prodotti dolci e salati. È bellissimo svegliarsi con il profumo delle brioches calde appena sfornate! In camera abbiamo trovato anche un gradito omaggio, una bottiglia di vino che abbiamo gustato per brindare in occasione del mio compleanno 🎂! José ci ha fornito molte informazioni su come organizzare la nostra permanenza in città, consigliandoci sia sui luoghi da visitare con la bimba sia sui ristoranti in cui mangiare. Sicuramente lo consiglio e per la prenotazione conviene organizzarsi con largo anticipo visto che le camere sono poche e vanno a ruba! Grazie ragazzi! Francesca, Giada e Maria
