I'm a travel advisor and my client had an issue with the room missing toilet paper and having a broken A/C in June (the latter happens from time to time). They did self-check in late (after 11pm) so no one was there to help when they arrived since the hotel doesn't have 24hr reception. I travelled with the group but didn't stay here myself and spoke to the three people in the room to hear their direct account. Staff the next day were apologetic and brought a roll of toilet paper, admitted the A/C was broken, but when I reached out to the manager after their stay to discuss possible compensation due to the really negative experience of my clients, they denied any problem/wrongdoing no effort to resolve or apparent care about customer service. Said the A/C was working just fine (which was the least important issue, not having toilet paper for 3 people including one person menstruating was degrading and unacceptable). First time this has happened to me! Absolutely terrible, DO NOT BOOK!
