Palazzo dei Conti is a top class residence. The rooms are furnished in high end furniture and linens. It is perfectly situated in Florence and is in an ideal location for all of the local restaurants and shops. The breakfast is served in an adjoining restaurant and is excellent. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the room was left spotless by the cleaners. I would highly recommend Palazzo dei Conti

Excellent location. Staff so friendly and helpful. Room cleaned every day and was very comfortable. Staff helped with a little surprise for my husband’s birthday. Breakfast across the road was lovely. Fantastic place and would definitely stay again and recommend.

This has to be the best kept secret in Florence?? I 100% recommend staying here in a balcony room for: an extremely comfortable bed, a HUGE bathroom, incredible views, convenient location and great service. This place really has it all. The beautiful staff even left us some special treats for our anniversary which we enjoyed on the balcony. It's incredible to get to hear the church bells ring to remind you of yesteryear... but even better that when you close the door to the balcony you can't hear a thing! Breakfast was also great and located just across the street with incredible coffee. I will not stay anywhere else!

I stayed in room 4, the room was so immaculately presented, we were provided complementary Prosecco on our first night, but the real highlight was the balcony and views. You can see the Duomo and it looks amazing day and night. The breakfast is in a cafe over the road, perfect and the female concierge, sorry I forgot her name, but she was wonderful.

Samuela greeted us and saw us out on are way with grace and heart ❤️ . This place was like family. I could not stress how wonderful she was and the most wonderful stay we had. One would be a fool to stay any where else. I’m picky. Real deal. 6- ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Hope she see’s this and you all see this as well. Ciao

This beautiful Boutique Hotel was the perfect choice for our trip to Florence, Italy. Our room was very beautiful and spacious. We received snacks and welcome drinks . The room had a very nice balcony with a view of the Duomo. It’s only a 10 minute walk to train station. Concierge was very friendly and helpful with setting up transportation to airport and to excursions. There is also plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars that are in walking distance from hotel.

What a great place, we visited Florence before and this time we were very lucky. Great room with a balcony facing the Duomo. The room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast served in a restaurant very close. The owner and everyone else were super friendly and helpful. Great time in Florence.

My husband and I stay at Palazzio dei Conti Residenza D Epeca for 3 nights. We had an amazing room with a patio. The room was gorgeous . It was a nice size and we didn’t feel crowded . We loved sitting out on the patio it was definitely worth getting the room worth it. Everything was perfect . The place is very small with only 8 rooms. The manager Samuela was very kind and helpful . She prepared a list of different restaurant recommendations that we really appreciated . The breakfast was not on site but across the street . It wasn’t good at all, it was included in our rate. My only negative about this place is the breakfast, You couldn’t beat the location . Centrally located to main attractions and the train station. We would definitely return!
