The location is fantastic and the apartment was very basic but clean. Unfortunately the key didn’t work on our 2nd day and the response from the owner was very poor. We were left standing outside the locked door for 2 hours while they tried to fix it. We had to insist on an alternative room for the night - no offer was made to get us a taxi. We were simply given a new address. The lock on the door had to be broken and all the debris was left on the floor when we returned the next day. We were asked to tell *********** that we had not stayed in the apartment as this would save the hosts money - they would avoid paying booking. com the commission. I stupidly agreed to this request. All in all I would definitely avoid this apartment.

Passare dei giorni alla scoperta dell’incantevole città di Firenze, sentendosi a casa propria, è una sensazione che ho provato in pochi posti. Questo appartamento è uno di quelli! Personale cordiale e disponibile che sarà pronto a rendere super piacevole il vostro soggiorno. Ho passato qualche giorno con il mio ragazzo e siamo rimasti soddisfatti dell’appartamento, dove tutto è molto pulito e accurato. Posizione centrale e comoda a tutti servizi! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
