the hostess was very responsive and we got check in and some questions sorted before we arrived. When we arrived in the evening, we discovered that we did not get the room we had booked and paid extra for. It should have been a large room with balcony and garden view. Instead we got a small room with a window tucked in one corner looking out on a dark narrow inner yard on the first floor of a four-story building. In fact it was so dark the next morning, that we couldn't tell if it was day or night as you could barely see a patch of sky. Also couldn't open a window as there was a noisy box (air con?) below window. The bathroom window had its handle removed and was taped up all around despite there not being an extractor fan as far as we could tell. Very odd. We did complain straight away by WhatsApp and were told we could move to another property 3 minutes away the next day without any extra cost. I find it difficult to rate this property as we had a very bad start and I can only judge this property by what I saw. However, the hostess and owner tried to correct the error the very next day by giving us an apartment in a different property (which I cannot review here as I didn't book it). this new property was on the third floor without a lift which we were not told. Not ideal as I have mobility issues, especially on stairs.

low quality and overpriced motel ! they can charge twice if you do not realize it from your credit card statement. They do not even manage their financial control and try to charge 2 times. Very amateur management. Never stay there again. It was a terrible experience.

Anche in questa occasione ho mandato degli amici che erano venuti da Novara a trovarmi a dormire in questo relais. Sono rimasti entusiasti, così come tutti quelli che avevo mandato in precedenza, camere pulite e ben arredate, ma soprattutto grande ospitalità ed educazione sia del titolare che che della ragazza che ci lavora. Location ottimale, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e ben posizionata per visitare tranquillamente il centro storico a piedi.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura qualche giorno fa’ e non potevo fare scelta migliore. Situato nel cuore della città, a due passi dalla stazione. L’host Matteo super disponibile e carino, ci ha consigliato ristoranti(non turistici) e le attrazioni della città. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Tutto semplicemente perfetto! posizione comodissima vicino a tutti i sevizi per un ottimo soggiorno in pieno centro. Stanza pulita e moderna. Proprietario super disponibile e simpatico. Ci torneremo sicuramente ogni volta che passeremo da Firenze!

Questo Relais posizionato nel cuore di Firenze è davvero moderno e pulitissimo. Il titolare molto disponibile alle nostre richieste. Siamo stati con amici per un addio al celibato. Abbiamo preso 3 stanze tutte nuove con letti comodi e Smart tv! Lo consiglio
