We had totally satisfied. I definitely recommend.

雖然還沒有checkout，但已經迫不及待來點評了。就在老城裡，出門幾步路就是一家很火的餐廳，集市也在附近。景點基本都在10-15分鐘內步行可達，因為上午到的時候房間還沒準備出來，我們就出去玩了，回來驚喜地發現行李已經放在房間中了。不知道別的房間如何，我們是個loft，居然可以住3個人！

房間很大，乾淨，復古，古董的電梯很有趣，第一次遇到需要一直按着才能運作的電梯，前台人員非常和藹耐心，早餐雖然簡單，品種不是太豐富，但對於我們來説已經足夠，畢竟出門到處都是餐館和咖啡店。位置很棒，去哪兒都方便，外面街道安靜，就是隔音不是太好，如果樓上有小孩在房間裏奔跑撒歡，還是聽得比較清楚的。暖氣很給力，就算冬天來也不必擔心冷。洗澡水很熱水量大，非常滿意。退房時，前台人員還可以幫忙叫出租車。非常值得推薦！

房間乾淨整潔，位置也很方便離百花大教堂三五分鐘就能走到，屋子裝修風格很歐洲

比較老式的酒店，因為是老房子，抽水馬桶也是老式的，但是別有一番風味，早餐算豐富吧，衹是不是中國人口味

Excellent location - closed to many tourist spots and restaurants. Walking distances to the station. Friendly staffs. Nice breakfast. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Adequate spaces for us to tidy up our luggage cases. Comfortable beds. However, we could not connect the networking under our own data plans in the hotels under most of the times. If the breakfast time can begin earlier, it will be more preferable because meeting time of one day tour was quite earlier.

Great place. Friendly, accommodating, safe. Good amenities (refrigerator, safe, balcony, elevator for luggage). Location can't be beat. Great breakfast. Stored luggage and delivered it to our room. Suite was clean and bathroom was well appointed. Good experience.

Great location. Small boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. The location was great, near many restaurants, shopping, and tourists sites. It was quiet at night. Close enough to train station to walk with your luggage.

• Towels made out of a mix between paper and plastic. Horrible • breakfast totally inedible with tinned fruit, wrapped pastries etc. Not large enough to accommodate all guests • room furnishings anf bathroom decades old and very depressing • uncomfortable pillows

We spent three nights at the Hotel Collodi in Florence. It is a lovely, small, independent hotel. The hotel is very clean and our room was spacious. Breakfast was included - the breakfast was basic but more than sufficient. The staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent - you can walk everywhere from the hotel. It is close to all the main sites, shopping and great restaurants. The station is also within walking distance. I would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel had the most comfortable bed we've found in Europe so far. That alone is reason enough to stay here. It's a small hotel, but that's perfectly fine, you should be out exploring Florence, anyway. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, it's a great location, there's free wifi, and there's breakfast available. Zero complaints about our stay.

Worst experience ever! I went with my family, and the guy at the front desk was nice until we told him we had internet issues. He came upstairs and told us everything was working fine when it clearly wasn’t. We had seven devices, and not one of them would connect to the Internet properly. All of a sudden he started to say it’s all devices and not the Internet, then one of his colleagues came upstairs and changed the router, and everything seemed to be working fine. When I went back down the stairs, I told him, Hey, it was definitely the router, and everything seems to be working fine. That’s when he started to be abusive and aggressive. And said you’re just like a broken record; you keep going on being very aggressive, and I told him to look at the routers fixed and everything seems to be working fine, and he carried on while I was sitting there; I did not want to so much as I had my family with me and we were on vacation. I called ******* and told him the situation so they could actually move this out of there. While I was on the call to *******, he was in my face again, just standing there, not saying anything; we’re just literally standing there, and I told him to move out of my way, which took at least a minute. I am just saying the guy comes across very nice until he doesn’t like something you say. Trust me, I would not recommend this place for anyone to go with her family.

The hotel is beautiful inside, with spacious, comfy rooms that had everything we needed, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. We loved the shower, which was powerful and roomy. It's within easy walking distance of near enough everything you could possibly want to see in Florence, including a cute little square (San Lorenzo) with a handful of great restaurants, although the noise from here might keep some awake (not us, we love city noise). The owners were so friendly, and really helpful, with great senses of humour. They provided a map and directions, and looked after our cases until our transfer arrived on the date we left. Breakfast is in a small but neat room, and is the typical continental style fare, with cereals, toast, rolls, meats, cheeses, pastries, sweet things, yoghurts and fruit. We loved the way the interior has been decorated to highlight original features as it is clearly an old building, but it still has a really contemporary feel. We loved our stay, and when we return to Florence (which we will), this is where we will stay again. Thank you!
