다 좋은데 화장실겸 샤워실이 세개밖에 없습니다. 평일에는 사용하는데 사람이 많지 않아 큰 문제는 없었습니다만 편하게 사용하기는 어렵습니다. 호텔모니카와 입구가 동일합니다.

Very friendly employees and other guests, very helpful with check in and checkout. It felt very safe, even leaving my luggage on either ends of the trip. It was also very clean taking care of the rooms each day changing sheets and cleaning. Bathrooms were also very clean all the time.

Great small hostel in Florence city center. Near train stations and all major tourist attractions. I stayed in the female dorm, which is a separate building next door to the reception. I felt safe walking at nights in the area. Even with location right in the center I didn’t think it was noisy to sleep. The bedroom was comfortable, each guest gets their own bed! Not bed-bunk style. AC worked well and I never had to wait to use the restroom. I didn’t use the kitchen but it was well stocked with pasta, sauce, breakfast etc so if you’re on a budget it’s a good place to stay. The people who worked there were very nice and communicative via WhatsApp. I had to change my itinerary and they were very accommodating. Wifi worked very well, just a downside is that there isn’t a bar so socializing is up to you in your rooms or kitchen :-) Luckily my roommates were all nice and cool girls so it was fun to chat with them during nights.

Localizado perto da estação de comboios. Staff muito atencioso. Ofereceram um mapa com diversas opções de locais a visitar, cafés, restaurantes e geladarias. Roupa de cama e toalha para banho. Apenas acho que a cozinha partilhada devia ser limpa pelo staff ocasionalmente.
