Beautiful hotel, location and service
We had a great stay as a family here for a short trip to Florence in the summer. Communication was great both before the trip, helping to guide us to the hotel and give recommendations for parking and travelling into Florence, and during our stay, getting us checked in and advice on lots of restaurants close by and places to go see. The room was beautiful and clean. Would definitely go back here.

Lovely room and staff
Really great hotel and staff. We had to check in late because of train delays and the staff were so accommodating, despite the inconvenience to them, and made the whole process really straight-forward. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the room itself was lovely.

Extremely rude staff
Firstly, the hotel is very pretty with nice furnishings. But, apart from that it was not a pleasant stay and I would never go back. The rooms are tiny and extremely noisy. The breakfast is small and average and you have to walk a few blocks away. The staff is extremely rude, the parking is difficult and expensive. If you have a car, don't even bother. This place is so overpriced for what you get, especially with the extremely rude service.

The owners are dishonest and have not refunded the 1100 Euros they promised to do. Be aware the rooms are so noisy you cannot sleep at night hence we were forced to move out early. I would be very careful before you book here.

The owners are dishonest. We booked for 4 nights but could only stay one as the noise in the steer prevented any sleep. We were promised a refund for the 3 remaining night. But the owners are not true to their word despite them renting this unit out for the vacated night. I would strongly advise that you reconsider staying at a place owned by dishonest liars.
