とにかく値段が安くコスパがいい。フィレンツェS.M.N駅からも徒歩20分ほどのロケーションで便利が良い。

該地點接近Florence任何的景點 基本步行25分鐘內能夠前往大部分景點 旅館位置也不錯 附近就有些好吃的餐廳 旅館內也算乾淨 浴室共用但的確挺乾淨 不過注意毛巾需要收費€1 前台服務很好很耐心 不過稍微擁擠 如果不介意10多個人一間房 的確不錯！

洗濯機と乾燥機間違えてしまってショックを受けてたけど、無料でもう一度コインと洗剤をくれました。 まさかくれるとは思わなかったので、非常に良いサービスだと思った。 部屋もそれなりに清潔だし良い。ただ、館内が迷路のようで難しい。

和圖片沒有分別，位置十分好，前台十分熱情，但是設施比較舊，不過也不錯，20分鐘左右就到主要景點

ロケーションはばっちりです。 歩いてフィレンツェの中心地へ行くことが可能です。 結構若者向けのホステルだと思います。 エレベーターはないです。 シャワー室の床はびしょびしょになるので、サンダルは必須です。

卧具不太乾淨，服務態度好，地理位置非常好。

Olía un poco raro

Check in: had to wait ages for the Receptionist to return from wherever he was a-roaming, and got a very curt and impatient "welcome" thereafter. Mixed dorm was OK, women's dorm overcrowded and stuffy. Cramped rooms, wobbly bunk beds, was glad to leave. But for the price I guess guests can't expect more.

Location is optimum and it's walking distance to all the monuments and hang out locations. I stayed at the hostel during July and it was extremely hot, the air-conditioning was good but it couldn't keep up with the heat of a Florentine summer. The building is a old commune and inside is like a rabbit hole, can get a little confusing and compared to other hotels I've stayed it's very out dated. Perhaps works well for school groups. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful with anything I needed at the hostel and also information about Florence.

Santa Monica hostel are having a laugh. The hermit crab of a receptionist seemed like he’d rather be playing League of Legends than to provide any remotely acceptable level of customer service. After charging me an extra dubious ‘tourist tax’, I was sent up to find my dorm room which was the size of my dad’s tool box shed with 3 gloomy bunk beds. Despondent conversations were had with fellow room-mates/victims to find out that my sentiment of abhorrence to this place is shared. It seemed these people were shrouded in misery due to the complete lack of atmosphere. I had to traverse my way through the entire building just to find somewhere to have a shower and to use the dunny. I again had another uncomfortable conversation with another victim about how these facilities aren’t far off from what I’ve seen in WWII Documentaries. For value, 39.10 Euros is 4 times the amount I would pay for this measly hell-hole, but I won’t let it ruin my experience of the beautiful city of Florence. I’d rather tie a ball and chain around my ankles and sleep at the bottom of the Firenze river.

Nice hostel,nice and friendly staff,hostel is a old monastery,rooms ar big,spacious,with a lousy airco,the pipe always broke of in my room.good beds,best showers,24/7 open,nearby all shops,restaurants,etc.Not easy to find if you got of on the busstop,outside Florence,and no taxi's are.

18er Schlag!! Bunkbeds ohne Vorhang, klapprig, Schliessfächer sind marode, im zu grossen Zimmer ist es stickig trotz Klimaanlage. Kein gratis Kaffee/Tee. Wenig Duschen für so viele Gäste. Und Florenz erhebt unverschämte 4 Euro Taxen pro Nacht.
