History and tradition Converted from a Xix rural house into a cosy guesthouse, Santa Vittoria Estate offers accommodation in 5 different apartments tastefully furnished with ancient family furniture by Marta, her mother Mary and her aunt Alessia. Surrounded by our vineyards, olive trees, wheat and sunflower fields, in the rolling hills of the unspoiled Val di Chiana (the Chiana Valley). The Location Fattoria Santa Vittoria is located high on the hills of Valdichiana and surrounded by the estate’s very own vineyards – a perfect setting that enables you to visit the nearby town of Pozzo della Chiana and also taste some of the delicious, award-winning wine produced here at Santa Vittoria. The 18th Century farmhouse has been beautifully converted by the local Niccolai family who will ensure that you have a wonderful stay in this stunning part of Tuscany. The old farmhouse has been transformed into 5 very comfortable apartments which are located in the middle of the vineyards – the location could truly not be bettered! All of the original character has been kept and the apartments are furnished in a pretty country style in keeping with the period of the building. Each apartment has a separate area in the grounds with lawns that sweep down the hillside towards the inviting pool area. There are vines as far as the eye can see laid out in beautiful rows and can do nothing but tempt you to try the wine. The Winery “it was a dream to share our winery with guests from around the world.” Francesco Niccolai Historic Family Winery Founded in 1800 Santa Vittoria was taken by our family at the beginning of 80′. We produce our wines blending the best grapes varieties of our vineyards such as: Sangiovese, Pugnitello, Foglia tonda, Cabernet, Grechetto, Semillon, Malvasia, Traminer, Incrocio Manzoni and others.
