Very pleasant stay in a beautiful bay with blue sea. The hotel provides a lot of services for the whole family and different ages. Very kind staff, especially the reception open to answer any special requests.

The good, the bad and the ugly. The good- animation staff and management were courteous and friendly. There was a good amount of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the quality was good as well. The beach was amazing and water was clean. The pool was fine. The cleaning staff were nice and brought new towels daily. The bad- when we arrived, we were told the air condition was not turned on (originally we were told there was a problem in the area) and we learned quickly the staff did not turn it on. We were given a different room with its own air system, which we appreciated. The ugly- the rooms and property are seriously outdated. The place overall needs a major renovation. The room we had needs a serious upgrade: toilet had a whistle noise every few minutes because the water level kept dropping due to a leak, the shower head was broken and water went everywhere, the elevator was extremely loud and each time it was used, it sounded as if it was banging the ceiling. The terrace could have been beautifully furnished since it has an amazing view but there was literally nothing apart from a few chairs. All inclusive family place that missed an opportunity to be amazing in spectacular Sicily.

Very beautiful hotel. Very welcoming hosts. The receptionist are always ready to offer a hand and helped me to fulfill every desire. The food is great. They manage to serve high quality food and the offer is very varied. Wonderful beach. Fun activities are offered throughout the stay. Thank you again for the experience

We’ve been coming back for 12 years and will certainly continue to do so for years to come. Our daughters waited eagerly to return each year and in their teens still the same love for the place. An amazingly beautiful Beach Club with stunning scenery and expertly cared for beaches. Every care is taken by the staff to safeguard the exquisite environment they have around them and treat every single guest with care and attention. From the management team to the gardeners, you instantly feel that you are their sole priority. The accommodation and dining areas are all in close proximity to the beaches with constant entertainment offered throughout the day by a fantastic team of animators including dance, Zumba, Aqua aerobics, and so much more. In the evenings there is always theatre and dancing taking place so something for everyone. The children’s club is also what kept bringing us back as the children absolutely adore all the activities created for them including dance, crafts, yacht outings etc. The food is also to die for with dishes made from local produce prepared by the best chefs who take every care to cater for every need and for whom nothing is too much trouble. Spectacular place. Amazing people. Simply the best!

Sul loro sito ci sono foto di una spiaggia meravigliosa con ombrelloni ben distanziati che non corrisponde minimamente alla situazione attuale. La spiaggia è praticamente ridotta alla metà mangiata dall'erosione. Ho pagato 140 euro per un posto in prima fila e l'ombra del mio ombrellone era praticamente in acqua. Poi una mareggiata in mezzo alla settimana ha reso ancora il problema molto più grave. Avevano detto che avrebbero spianato la sabbia la mattina successiva cosa non fatta!!! Oggi domenica ci siamo svegliati con il rumore del trattorino che la stava spianando per i nuovi arrivi, grazie per averlo fatto dopo 4 giorni e oggi che stiamo partendo!!! Un posto dove l'incuria regna sovrana. Per non parlare del cibo, ripetitivo e di pessima qualità. In questo posto si paga tutto, cassaforte, cambio asciugamani mare, con il soft inclusive dopo le 10 neanche un caffè, solo pessime bibite alla spina, in compenso si pagano 56 euro a testa per tessera club, poi aggiungete al tutto anche la tassa di soggiorno. Unico lato positivo il mare, se non ci sono le alghe

Consigliato per lo più dal posto dove si trova acqua cristallina Il resort da sistemare entriamo in camere con stile non adatto ad un 4 stelle , almeno per quanto mi riguarda da noi un quattro stelle è un quattro stelle. Il cibo troppo ripetitivo e mi fermo qui . La pulizia ottima . L'animazione discreta quindi se non vuoi far nulla loro non sono invadenti. Devo consigliare le visite guidate con Desirée una donna fantastica la sua cultura va oltre ogni aspettativa complimenti a chi la assunta è il pezzo forte del Resort. Concludo dicendo che avvolte le critiche servono a migliorare ...anche sul mio lavoro. Giulia

Hotel troppo ma veramente troppo datato, Serve una ristrutturazione urgente, Camere da motel non da 4 stelle. Se vuoi mangiare bene e riposare in comodi letti questo Albergo non fa per te. Il cibo è vario ma di poca qualità. Le uniche note positive sono: Posizione ottima direttamente sul mare. Animazione Eccellente a mio parere senza di loro sarebbe già chiuso. Comunque lo sconsiglio il costo non vale la vacanza offerta.

Sono ormai tanti anni che torno in questo villaggio, sempre per 2/3 settimane ad agosto, in una camera al secondo piano nel corpo centrale, scegliendo di avere tutti i benefits possibili: ombrellone riservato in prima fila, tavolo riservato al ristorante, asciugami spiaggia, ecc. Anche quest'anno ho ritrovato la stessa magnifica accoglienza che mi ha garantito una vacanza divertente e spensierata: mare e spiaggia bellissimi, pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti comuni, cibo ottimo e con tantissima scelta!! L'animazione è fantastica, a partire dal capo villaggio Peppe, a Barbara (Babi) e a tutti gli altri ragazzi, bravi, simpatici, educati e sempre disponibili. Un applauso anche alla direzione, a tutti i camerieri, ai baristi, alle ragazze alla reception ed ai manutentori. Ogni anno ritrovo tanti ospiti ormai diventati amici provenienti da varie parti di Italia (sia dal Nord che dal Sud) e mi rendo conto che ogni anno altri se ne continuano ad aggiungere. Se così tante persone ritornano ogni anno un motivo ci sarà, giusto?
