This motel needs a new facelift it is very old the rooms are not particularly efficiently clean the bathroom needs a painting the beds needs pampering up a bit the carpet is fairly rough plus the kitchen is a bit ordinary which is why it needs revamping

The property has been renovated for the last couple of years and still haven't finished it. Bathroom ceiling unfinished, No exhaust fans in bathroom/Toilet, Air Conditioner blows straight onto your bed so you can't sleep. Railway on one side and main Road on the other so quite noisy if your a light sleeper

Very nice needs a bit of painting in outside but not too bad average the restaurant is very nice so if you want a nice meal head over to the restaurant that is situated on the motel site and there is a laundry to di all your washing that is a tremendous help plus the rooms are equipped with a telephone for your convenience to all travellers I recommend this pleasant motel the Adrian which is in Forbes

The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot but there weren’t any towels racks for towels and nowhere to hang clothes. The bathroom sink was continually dripping. There was a microwave and cutlery but no plates or washing up liquid. Reception was rarely manned. You couldn’t find anyone to speak to about the issues. On my last morning I met a man who may have been the Owner or Manager. When I voiced my concerns he was apologetic but offered no recompense. A total lack of empathy because they were nearly 100% booked with workers. I paid $145 for an unrenovated room because I requested a ground floor room. The renovated rooms upstairs were much nicer and the same price. Very noisy as near the Highway. Stay here if desperate

Maybe needs a revamp but old looking out with old in with the new I think but otherwise it is a accommodating motel which is very good for travellers and the rooms are a bit old they need a paint and revamping a bit but overall not too bad plus they do have a nice restaurant if you would like a nice meal The Adrian motel is not far from the town centre

Wow what fantastic service this place offers . Currently under renovation most rooms have been updated . Staff absolutely beautiful they make sure your stay is perfect. This is the second time I have stayed here in the last 4 months couldnt ask for better friendly service.
