Spotlessly clean immaculate rooms I have not accommodated in such beautiful room it was amazing very impressed and will come again very nice snd immaculate to the management I am going to give you such appraisals on a tremendous job I Thankyou sincerely

This was a last minute booking while passing through Forbes so our options were limited. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful and were clear with their instructions on how to enter the room after hours. It is a very dated motel that clearly could do with some updates. The carpark was full of mainly large work vehicles which made the car parking a little difficult space wise between the vehicles. The rooms had all the basics and was fine for an overnight- early morning departure - but if i was a female solo traveler I might feel a little unsafe with the older style security on the doors etc.

This motel has been recently refurbished and it is lovely. The bed is very comfortable, the room has been fastidiously cleaned and no stains on the carpet. Good air-conditioning. the staff were so welcoming and friendly - we were travelling with our dog and they were happy to accomodate us. Centrally located close to Woolworths. Will definitely stay again when travelling that way again

Our first night stay on the road to Queensland and an excellent choice. Our room was warm for us on arrival, very clean and very comfortable. The free WIFI was excellent. Lovely fluffy towels in the bathroom, great shower too. A big thank you to David & Caroline who were friendly, efficient and very helpful hosts. The motel is well located with only a short walk to the town centre and quiet too. Happy to recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Warm and friendly welcome by Caroline and David on arrival. Prompt and efficient check-in. Our hosts were very helpful in informing us of where local eateries and attractions were and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our room was immaculately clean, spacious and providing everything we needed in the way of facilities. It was air conditioned, had a fridge, tea and coffee facilities, microwave, toaster to name a few. The property location was perfect with an easy walk into town. The room rate was very reasonable and we would definitely stay here again when returning to Forbes.

I travel for work fortnightly, and this is my go to hotel in Forbes. The location is close to the town centre, the rooms are spotless and have everything you need for a few nights away, and the continental breakfast is lovely. The best feature however are the owners, who are wonderfully friendly, and I feel so welcome everytime I arrive.

Selected for an overnight stop on route to Queensland, this establishment was a pleasant experience. The room was not large but spotlessly clean in the room and bathroom. Very close to the town centre that had plenty of eating options. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a clean, neat, convenient motel. I'd stayed here before and chose to stay again. The customer service I received was second-to-none. I was delayed the day I was supposed to arrive following issues with the car, and arrived late in the evening when not a lot open (that awkward period between Christmas and New Year). The manager made sure I was seen to my room, and ensured my family were fed.

Friendly, welcoming hosts. Clean room with everything we needed. Electric blankets, AC and a fan. Selection of blankets. Full kitchen Facilities. Close to river and Main Street. We walked to the Forbes Inn for dinner. Highly recommend. The menu was a pleasant surprise for western NSW, vegetarian options and a full “city” menu.
