Had such a nice weekend in newmarket. Check-in was on point very helpful staff and very eager to.make my weekend as good as possible. The room was very good and clean and will very much would stay again plus very handy for time. Bigh thank you to the staff

Had a great stay here, the staff are lovely and very accommodating. The room was big and the bed was comfy. The room was clean and tidy with a decent shower. Breakfast was made to order with continental self serve having plenty of options. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend the Premier Inn Newmarket enough. We visited in October for my mothers birthday The staff were delightful and caring. Attentive to any queries we had, and delivered on every aspect. I would just like to say a big thank you to the whole team for such a lovely stay.

Pros: Great little Premier Inn. Located near the clock at the head of the High Street. Room comfy, clean and warm. Staff at hotel and restaurant were lovely. Only had breakfast but a freshly prepared one. It was great 👍 Cons: Room (326) near a service lift/air con unit. Felt like I was above the engine room of the Titanic No maple syrup for my pancakes. I was gutted 😭 Overall: I would stay again.

Fantastic stay at premier Inn Newmarket. The hotel is well situated, my room was lovely and clean,it had everything I needed. The staff were all friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Louise on reception was especially helpful, excellent knowledge of the local area

The best stay in premier inn, staff at reception are so helpful and friendly they have decorated reception in Halloween it looks amazing the manager was busy and chatty laughing and smiling with her team Louise very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. Breakfast was nice and fresh and rooms clean although you do need to ask in the morning if you would like your room cleaned nothing seems to be too much trouble

Reception desk as always were very helpful, Sue the manager was engaging and extremely pleasant. I have booked a Premier room which is very modern clean and has the extra of a coffee machine. I believe the rooms have been updated and very comfortable Many thanks Nick from Nottingham

View was terrible, was some sort of electric machine, shower would turn hot and a lot of noise around in the hotel so barely had any sleep

Firstly a terrible check in experience.,especially being charged nearly£190 more than our online booking price. Breakfast had good choices but not a great cooked breakfast, seen thicker newspaper pages than the bacon. Great server at breakfast though. Our rooms were only cleaned with fresh towels once in a 3 night stay
