B&B Hotel Ischia San Nicola

La cadena B&B me gusta mucho y no conocía que tuviesen este tipo de alojamientos. La verdad es que me ha sorprendido mucho. Por otro lado debe mejorar bastantes cosas, el baño no está muy bien acondicionado, está viejo y la mampara del baño está en mal estado. El aire acondicionado es viejo pero enfría bastante bien y el servicio de habitaciones reutiliza las sábanas cada día, la cama no nos la cambiaron y la colcha estaba sucia todos los días de la estancia. Lo peor de la estancia fue la conexión WIFI, fallaba continuamente y/o se quedaba sin conexión todo el tiempo. Este tipo de cosas deben cuidarse mucho más. En cuanto a la atención del personal, excelente y el Buffet de la mañana muy bueno.

I can honestly say we have just landed back in England after staying 2 weeks in this incredible hotel. The withdrawal we have is immense. I had had some correspondence with the hotel before we arrived as we were there for our 40th wedding anniversary. They were prompt and kind in thier reply instantly making us feel at ease. When we arrived we were greeted with such warmth kindness and generosity from the owners and reception staff making us feel special. As its early season the hotel was quiet and our request for a high room had been granted,I never could have imagined the view would be so stunning. We had a wonderful dinner on the first evening at the hotel which was very high quality and great value too. I honestly recommend you have breakfast there,the choice and quality is unbelievable and sitting overlooking the wonderful pool and gardens was amazing. The hotel is set in lush well kept surroundings with a crystal clear thermal pool.the pool was honestly warm bath temperature we spent so much time in it after we returned from our days out. Meeting the reception staff each day was lovely,they were so friendly and informative they were a great start to the day and loved a chat. Coming home each night and seeing them waiting to greet you was wonderful. The owner and his wife were extremely qualified people's people. Very warm genuinely friendly people and as professionals they have nailed what it takes to run a very successful business,yet still remain genuinely caring about delivering the client with a superb product. The bar and bar staff was a great asset Nino and his crew were very attentive to making sure your experience was as good as it could possibly be. The breakfast team were lovely and always warm and friendly. As we were there 2 weeks we often bumped into the staff on our travels and always had time for a chat. The hotel cleaning crew were amazing too the standards reached were 5 star during our stay,all done with wonderful smiles everytime we saw them. We travel a lot and both agreed this was possibly the best hotel/location we have stayed in. It really was 100%perfect,and we look forward to returning to this little spot of paradise we have found. (Team......don't change or do a thing differently!! You have this absolutely perfect.there honestly isn't a thing you could have done to make our experience 1%better! I highly recommend the B&B Hotel at Ischia - the staff were amazing, informative and extremely gracious, nothing was any trouble for them. Coming just after the silly summer season for Italy, where most seemed to be over tourist, it was such a pleasant experience. We loved it here so much we extended our stay! Our room was quaint, the pool was relaxing and breaky was perfect to get us through the day. Location was within walking distance to bus stop that take you to all areas of the island.
