Water pressure was great and the view from the backyard was incredible. Plenty of parking space and easily walkable into town. The room was large and had a small fridge, which is a hard amenity to come by. However, the rest of the property felt like it was given a landlord special. Our room was dusty all over, there was a big tear in the carpet, dirty curtain liners, scuff marks on the walls, and hair and tears in the bedsheets. The walls were super thin and we could hear ever door on our floor open and close. The bathroom was in a bad state - mildew on the walls and shower and grime in the doorway. Was disappointed given the other positive reviews. OK for one night but would not book again.

2025 Good parking for the motorbike off the road. Well maintained with friendly welcome. Location just outside the town very convenient. Room was clean with lovely bathroom We had a front king room. Breakfast was fresh and suited us. @ Our room had so much furniture in the small fridge with nothing in not even a bottle of water was at the end of the bed which I could hardly get round. Could be set out better with accessible house kitchen don't think it's needed in the room. No hand lotion or tissues which at the price we just thought the little extras were not there

Fantastic modern, clean accommodation with spacious common lounge area to use. And a bonus excellent continental breakfast we hadn’t expected. Recommended

Where Is Everybody? Somewhat disappointing. No one was there to check us in of inquire about our needs. Kind of eerie to stay at a hotel and not see anybody else (employees or guests) during our stay. Plus there was no Highland Cattle plush in our room as their web-site pictures suggest. Otherwise, a comfortable room that was clean and well-maintained.

Perfect for our travels Loved our stay at a great location and property. Check in via email went smoothly. Continental breakfast was more than adequate for our day’s journey.
