great hotel close to the arena and shopping.

Worst experience & Horrible advertisement… Only water view was the Rain . Never again

THE HOTEL DID NUMEROUS UNAUTHORISED CHARGES ON MY CARD TOTALLY $1,000!!! AND I’M STILL TRYING TO RECOVER THIS!! Watch out for the charges on your card. Pool area tiles are dirty. Bath water is yellow!! I suggest you stay at the Hilton next door. (I did wonder why on other booking sites the review scores were low in comparison to neighbouring hotels - unfortunately I didn’t take heed!!!)

We got to the hotel to find out the main pool would be closed for august which is one of the main reasons I picked this hotel so super disappointing. Everytime we would call for issues no one would come. No cord for the Bluetooth speaker, no one came. Fridge not cold, no one came. No one serviced our room for trash and towels had to call, and once again no one came so we threw everything out in the hall until someone passing by happened to stop and do it for us. Will never stay here again!

訂的是兩卧室的套房，房間很大，乾淨衞生，非常非常滿意！強推！唯一美中不足是次卧的窗口外面有兩根很粗的柱子，影響觀景。
