This hotel seems fairly new. It's clean, smells good, the staff was pleasant. Food in the restaurant was very tasty. We left at 5am to beat the traffic which gave us a quick 10 min drive to La Guardia.

Paid for the hotel, got a receipt. See that charge on my bank statements, everything is okay. Receive an unexpected pending charge of 850$ of them trying to steal a large amount of my money, will have to involve my banks fraud protection if they do not help.

In for a quick business trip. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Paying for parking was unexpected, but otherwise no issues. Bed was comfortable and well decorated. I would stay here again. Great location to just off the Washington Bridge. but traffic can be a pain.

Thoroughly enjoy our stay at this location for a wedding in NYC. Close enough and far cheaper even considering we used Lyft/Uber to get around.

First of all we would like to say thank you to all Hyatt Team. Karol did a fantastic reception and made our family stay wonderful. The Hotel location was very convenient to us since we’re in Ney York for business and pleasure too. Also, We had a pleasant pleasure to meet Paresh the Operation Supervisor and we had a chance to see how the Hyatt Fort Lee/ George Washington Bridge the designated Hotel for many business and pleasure travelers. We are looking forward for the next stay!!! Thank you, Flavio/ Rosangela and Alois our 14 months Baby.

A friend I traveled with had stayed at this hotel in June and mentioned that the traffic noise was so loud that they couldn’t sleep well. So this time, I requested a room on the opposite side, away from the road in front of the hotel, which made it quieter. However, the inconvenience was that the hotel didn’t provide complimentary bottled water for members, so we had to go out to a store to buy some.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place, the room was clean, and it was not small. The bed s were so comfortable. The breakfast was enjoyable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again!!

Breakfast ends before 9am sometimes. And they would charge 5$ per piece for luggage storing overnight. And they never asked us till I told them I am coming back the next night, which means they don’t have common standards for the fee. Also, Google map has wrong directions for the hotel for over years, which is so inconvenient for food delivery.
