Nice cute place. If you want there are kayaks to use. I didn't go. Owners were not always on site when I looked for them. Nice pool area. The only issue is whatever cleaning products some places use is horrible. Maybe it's just me but I wanted my window open and could not open it. I was thinking because one latch was broken but when I went to ask she didn't know and so I Ms have someone check it later. Well later never came and when I asked someone else they just said they didn't know. She could come look at it but it doesn't really pay to. So no one knew off the windows actually opened or not. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to now. Continental breakfast in the morning. Close to beach. Would stay again. And Bayside tavern is right next door with awesome food and nice people.

Loved our houseboat stay!!
We had a great time. It rained a lot so we stayed on the boat most of our time and played games. Will definitely stay again. We had a slight issue with the AC and maintenance took care of it ASAP. They're a great crew.

Great Hotel
Beautiful small hotel. You can tell the care they put into their property. The cleanliness and the location is perfect.
The breakfast out by the water and we had yogurt, fresh fruit, granola.
Cereal, milk and plenty of coffee to begin your day.

The property was very well.We stayed in the cabin but when we got to the cabin the door was wide open and it was ninety degrees inside the cabin and we couldn't even go to sleep. The door was very hard to close and thank God. I'm my window and door guy and I was able to solve that problem.
But we had to go out and find air conditioning until the room got. Download comfortable degrees so we can go to sleep

Staying on the boat house was such a fun experience. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved hanging by the pool and playing cards on the deck. Overall had a wonderful stay

Latitude 26 by the canal.
The hotel was perfect. Very clean for a reasonable price. Close to Fort Myers Beach. Definitely coming back.
