We spent two wonderful days at Chimpmundu Lodge traveling south from Murchison Falls to Bwindi and stopped over to do chimpanzee trekking. The lodge is 3 minutes from the trekking point so incredibly convenient. The lodge is immaculate from the huge bedrooms with lovely bathrooms to the pool and steam room. Massages after the long trek were just a great way to relax. The staff are so helpful, accommodated every request from laundry, meal times, to scheduling massages and use of the facilities. Without asking they took our hiking boots and socks and cleaned them and they were spotless. The food was fresh, tasty and the menu nicely diversified and balanced. I would highly recommend a stay if I you are chimp trekking or just traveling from north to south Uganda. A warm and memorable experience…especially seeing the baboon walk happily into reception.

The experience was amazing , and the service too And not to forget about thr food it was nuts And the indian food was amazing and good Would recommend everyone to visit it once if ur around there. The Interior was amazing and the outdoor too with the detailing. I would love to see more food options for some vegetarian as myself

The place is so beautiful The services are so fast especially the people who received us especially Tracy and Joseph they did an amazing job The scenery is to die for the walk in the nature and having a meal there The stuff there are very welcoming

Place is beautiful! Ambiance is amazing Not forgetting Tracy and Joseph!! Are the nicest people ( service was top tier) The food is amazing too The fresh and beautiful breezes from the outside! Loved every moment I spent at Chimpundu Lodge. Definitely coming back

Very cool place. the rooms are very large but nice. Bed and beddings excellent. The Chef is an artist. . Reception was so warm and kind with Tracy snd Bridget making you feel at home . A great place to relax your mind pick up your pieces and start afresh ! This is good!

Amazing experience . Fantastic lodge, confortable and quite in the middle of the trees, swimming pool, perfect weather and realy nice people. Really impressive to see the chimpanzee so close in such a beautiful forest. A life time experience

Excellent facilities and superbly maintained for a truly relaxing experience. Very large, clean and well appointed rooms make for the most comfortable stay. And the best part is the service which is truly exceptional. The entire staff is superbly trained and make you feel right at home. If you're in the area, this is the place to stay.

Staying at Chimpundu Lodge was really enjoyable. The lush green forest was wonderful to look at and made the stay even more enjoyable. All the people who were looking after the lodge were really nice. Thank you! Thank you to Joseph as well for adding a personal touch and sharing the warm hospitality of the region.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort! The rooms were stunning and provided a great sense of privacy. The views were truly breathtaking. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Uganda!
