Very strongly recomend! Definitely will stay again if come back to Shun De. Room is very spacious and sparkling clean.Most important is no smoking smell. Front desk is super friendly and the location is very near mrt as well. No regret to book it!

The best place that we've chosen to stay during our trip to Guangdong! The place is so well-decorated which gives off a warm and cosy vibe. The room is very clean and a lot of amenities are provided. The rooftop is one of the highlights of this property. The location is fantastic which is just a short 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station, and it is near to multiple good local eateries. My favourite was the steamed rice roll just a short walk from the hotel. The host/owner was also super friendly! We got to try the best local eateries in Shunde thanks to her recommendations - and yes, the recommendations are so good! Highly recommended, my partner and I even talked about returning to this property if we come back to Shunde.

The owners, Mdm Song and her husband are very friendly and hospitable. Mdm Song recommended a few awesome restaurants for us to taste authentic local food, like 燒乳鸽， 腰子汤。篮咖附近有一间很美味的粥及腸粉一定得去吃！ The room is clean, quiet and cozy. Bed and pillows are very comfortable! Highly recommended to stay here if you are in Shunde.

Tourist from Malaysia. Strategic location where nearby have metro station within walking distance. The homestay is very clean & comfortable environment, well-decorated space adds charm and character. It’s like staying in a home away from home. The 1st floor serves as a welcoming reception area, and having a coffee corner & karaoke room for entertainment, 5th floor is a small garden where can have tea and chill during evening & night time with family & friends. The proprietress is very nice & hospitality as she will try to reach out to help throughout the trip, also recommend lots of local delicious food. Been stayed for many homestay during oversea trip but this really out of your expectation. Highly recommended and satisfied, definitely would stay again in future trip!

設施： 熱水全天供應，且水量很足，基本上各類水熱設施齊全。 電視是機械臂，可以調節朝向，顯示清晰，方便投屏 空調風量很足且夠冷，是完全能滿足日常需求的 衞生： 很不錯！看得出很重視酒店衞生，浴巾有一次性的也有平時酒店用的 ⭐暖心小點：馬桶圈都準備好了！這個是很多酒店都沒有的！ 服務： 服務很好！基本上和希某頓有的拼，全程微笑服務帶着看房間，體驗很好！ 環境： 很安靜，出行也方便 總結： 是民宿的天花板了，相當不錯的各項體驗，下一次來還會選擇這一家，這種服務和設施體驗的民宿，已經碾壓酒店了。

這是這麼多年旅遊第一次評價一家酒店，因為這家民宿愛上了順德這座城市，店內温馨佈置，一樓是公共區域，二三樓為住房，房間雖然緊湊但是佈置用心，乾淨整潔，一次性用品準備齊全。當我們問老闆哪裡有地道美食，不單單給我們推薦，還及時聯繫飯店確認是否開門，所做的攻略通通推掉，直奔飯店，果然名副其實的好吃，早中晚每個推薦的美食讓我們恨不得有八個胃，離開的時候還幫我們和司機確認費用問題，真是非常感激，如果還有機會來順德，會再次光臨！

非常滿意，房間乾淨衞生，看得出主人放了不少心思佈置打掃的。主人熱情好客，給我們推薦了不少好吃好玩的地方，我們一下子住了五天，下次還會再來。

環境：一樓大堂裝修很温馨，老闆很温柔有耐心，給我們推薦了很多當地好吃的店；房間環境乾淨，希望以後更注意衞生間下水道衞生。 服務：未入住前保管行李、主動拿多幾雙拖鞋、耐心調試投影儀等，服務周到，很好～ 非常可惜的是沒有碰到貓貓哈哈哈🤣

超級好的一家民宿，很乾凈，房間很大很舒服，老闆娘人超級好，來之前崴腳了，老闆娘知道後馬上給我葯膏拿冰塊冰敷，非常非常感謝，位置也很方便，就在地鐵站旁邊，出行什麼的都很方便

很滿意，很驚喜的一家民宿，地理位置非常方便，地鐵口兩分鐘，老闆娘很美很用心，打造的很有情調，有KTV，棋牌室和露天的小茶室，房間也很乾凈，漂亮，超級對胃口，還有一衹很可耐的小咪，小寶很喜歡，老闆娘不僅推薦美食，還陪孩子玩兒，太棒的一次出行體驗了，來順德，可以直接訂這兒，是真的覺得適合帶孩子來住😄

房間乾淨，無異味，床品也很新。熱水很足，空調也很涼。我們去的時候街邊就可以停車。關鍵他家有一個巨好老闆娘。一系列美食推薦，無需被網上各種網紅美食攻略困擾。

房東很熱情介紹美食，早上也可以下樓喝咖啡，房間十分乾淨，貓咪很可愛，下次來順德一定再住這裏！

客棧位置離地鐵很近，老闆和老闆娘也特別nice～給我們推薦了很多好吃的餐廳～房間內用的一次性浴巾，比常規毛巾感覺要乾淨的多～下次去還住你家～
