Hotel was located far from the furniture malls which was our purpose of staying there. Luckily taxi was easy to get and inexpensive cost around RMB 10-15 only. Buffet breakfast at the hotel was nice with plenty of food. I liked the congee most. The Chinese restaurant service wasn’t up to the standard as I arrived at 1:55 but waitress told me the lunch hour was over and asked me to leave. I accidentally drank a bottle of mineral water in the room which cost rmb10 and the front desk was nice to waive the charges.

Good property. Worth the value for money. Also the staff is very helpful. Special cheers to Carrie and Damon for helping me with our requirements. You guys are doing great work with guests like us helping us in needs with all in...... Would definitely recommend & book again whenever in this region.....

A minor mood from the two ladies at the reception. No food available, no minibar filled, no room service available, while all this is offered in the room guide. The house keeper was willing to help. The breakfast is very simple, some dishes are really not fresh. Also a minor behavior of staff. Not smooth, not enthusiastic. Not interested in using this hotel anymore.

Very helpful staff at the hotel who were able to assist whenever there was a problem. There were two personnel who were able to assist us with getting to Guangzhou. Very thankful for them. Will stay at this hotel again next time for business.

Room great, no English stations on TV !Unfortunately restaurant was closed and no breakfast due to lots of covid there!
