Very nice room. The hotel is connected to a big shopping mall which makes it very convenient. No concierge or staffs that help with your luggage though. Receptionists should have some smiles on their face. I wish they could really avoid giving out smoking room to a guest who requested a non-smoking room. Was very tired from traveling. Waited for checking in and after going up to the room, had to come down to report a cigarette smell and requested room change.

The WiFi Connection is not good enough. The USB charger is not function properly and my devices cannot be charged fully.

It was a great stay other than the bathroom has a sewage smell when on. Pretty sure they will rectify it as we have already feedback to the hotel. Breakfast can be improved.

Nice location, accommodations and atmosphere. We stayed for 2 days. Although the weather is horrible, we still enjoyed our stay there. Two things are not super satisfying: one is people smoking in the room and the smell lasts. The other is the sockets for 110 volts is broken

A fantastic hotel with good location and staff. I would like to special thanks Kevin. L, the front desk agent. Thanks for his hospitality and kindliness. He is so helpful to all of our requests. What a surprise is when he knows my wife birthday during our stay, he still prepared a cake in a very last minute call. A great surprise and gift. Thanks !
