DVD library available for the rainy days and bodyboards for when you hit the beach. Two outdoor living areas with a BBQ, Pizza Oven and a great Spa Pool! Fully fenced section with secure off street parking. Free wifi is available at the Bach. The house is on a rear section. It is sheltered from the wind and gets lots of natural sunlight. It is situated in a very handy location. Ocean Beach Eatery, a great cafe and bar, is located 150 metres along Signal Street. The beach itself can be accessed via a short walk up Trafalgar Street (350m) or via Ocean Beach Street (500m). Mr Grumpy's fish ‘n chip shop and the local 4 Square supermarket are both within a 3 minute drive.
