We rented the cottage and it was very nice. It was equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room. It was cozy, clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. We had a short drive to the beach, where the sunset was amazing. Downtown was even closer and had many choices for meals and cute shops. We had some issues with the TV and Kaylynn was right on it. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to our friends.

Stayed in room number one. Was greeted by Trevor and his wife who are amazing hosts. The room was clean and very comfortable. Location is great, right across the street from a large Family Fare grocery store. I did not plan on keeping any fish I caught while in Frankfort but my fellow anglers insisted I keep a large salmon I caught. Trevor loaned me a sharp fillet knife and provided a garden hose while we made short work of the fish on my tailgate near the office. I hope he and his wife enjoyed a couple of meals of donated salmon. I was only there for one night but wish I could have stayed longer. Great choice if you are in or around Frankfort.

The room was clean & the manager, Trevor, is very nice & helpful . The room had some small issues- non- working clock radio; burnt out bulbs in the bathroom & water on the floor when we arrived. The freezer had been defrosted earlier & the water was from the defrosting. It is in an ideal location & quiet.

I stayed here with nearly my entire family, 14 of us we rented 3 rooms. They were clean the entire staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating to our group, the other guests we ran into were great as well. Nice moderate walk to the beach and town. We are all looking forward to another trip next year, same accommodations.

We recently stayed in room #8 for two nights. As soon as we pulled up I loved the feel and vibe of the place. Checking in with Melissa was easy, she was friendly and informative. Our room was clean and felt cozy, it had everything we needed. We were both pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the beds and bedding were. We do separate beds because I snore and he flip flops..both beds were amazing. We basically melted into the beds at night and slept great!! The location was perfect, everything we wanted was close by. This is my go to place from now on when in the area!!

They will not answer their phones or emails regarding our reservation. We had an emergency and therefore needing to cancel our reservation but have no way of getting ahold of them. Phone lines do not go through nor will they answer our emails.

Very nice and relaxing motel. So quiet, yet only a block or two to downtown. The room was everything we need, so comfortable and loved to be able to sit outside and visit with others. The manager was very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this place over other larger busy places. Prices were great too. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Much older than the pics portray. Double bed room extremely small. The only electrical outlet in the bathroom is on the light fixture. No ice. Small window A/C that cleanliness is questionable. Some wall and ceiling peeling paint. The plus is that it was clean and beds comfortable. Value not even close to what we paid.

We booked this place because of its convenient location. We wanted to see some Fall colors in the surrounding area, but unfortunately it was raining the two days we were there. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay because it is close to town where we enjoyed exploring different shops and restaurants. The room is spacious and very clean, the staff were friendly and they gave us really good recommendations on where to go and eat. Frankfort is a nice little town that we would love to go back to and this is one place we would definitely consider to stay again.
