Leonardo Hotel Frankfurt City South recensioner

This hotel is very average. The cleanliness is not up to standard, and the breakfast is below expectations. Overall, it is not a good experience, and I do not recommend it.

Little far out, so impossible to reach without the car and no public parking around. Otherwise rooms are spacious and Service was good.

This is the worst hotel in my life where i stayed. Firstly, it is very old, very dirty and smell horrible. From lobby to room , eveeything is very old. Lift is old as my age ( maybe 45-50 years ) , all carpet in hall and roll very dirty and smell as rubbish. Bed very small and dirty, pillow was not a shape of pillow, still i could not understand what was it, inside maybe had some rubbish things to. There was no slipper in room. Air condition was also too much old. In hotel hall we saw alot insects and then in bed 1 , on wall of room also there was one insect. Dont know how to describe but really need to destroy this building. Horrible !!!

Very nice experience! Hotel is very close to the Entracht statdium as well as the airport There is shuttle bus service (Mercedez) to terminal 1 every other hour

It’s near airport , also they have shuttle service to airport in the morning. Rooms but old , it’s only good if need to take flight early morning.

The hotel is very far from the city and it’s difficult to get transport there. The room I booked is not what I got and the young short man with black hair at the reception (late shift) did not bother to apologize about it. I got into the room and there was no light. The room was very dark and the bathroom was very stinky (room 509). I quickly went downstairs to check out and the same man who checked me in told me to leave because that’s what I have booked. Atleast take accountability or show some empathy. He was very unfriendly. He should definitely know what his job is all about.

Somethings wrong to book this hotel, the location not good, around the hotel you need to walk about 15 mins there has a bus station or train station. If you drive by yourself that might ok. The first time to talk with the manager he was not really polite, but finally I thought the trip company and the mean hotel company help to fix my problem. Thank you very much. The hotel’s pictures of the Google map not match inside the room. There's also a big bug in the room, not just anything, it's scary. In face I just stay one night, after I moved to other hotel.

Die Lage des Hotel ist weit weg von nächster Stadt. Du kommst ins Hotel nur durch eine Parkplatzsperre, die ca. 500 meter entfernt ist, daher bist du gezwungen für ihren Parkplatz für 24 Stunden Parkgebühr zahlen. Die Ausstattung sind alt. Toilette hat schlechte Geruch. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen.

位於森林中，相當安靜，要是能易入睡，那睡眠質量是會相當好。早餐也還行，能基本飽肚，就是周邊不方便，因為酒店沒餐飲。

Hotel war sauber und ordentlich, ziemlich zentral freundliches Personal. Wir würden noch mal kommen.

酒店位置在森林裏，如果天使好可以在週末徒步，房間挺好，但是特別熱，暖氣開的太足了

早餐不錯，酒店的價格很合理
