Moxy Frankfurt City Center recensioner

Best location in the city center of Frankfurt; very convenient for traveling by every mode of transportation and close to many tourist attractions. Hotel design is quite modern and it’s fun that some guests choose to hang out at the lobby

The hotel was really nice. There are lot of restaurants and shop surrounding the hotel. The location of hotel is in the heart of city center Frankfurt which makes it more convenient to go around the city.

Location is very good. It provides lockers to keep your luggage while you explore the city. Parking at €25 per day with multiple entries. Need to park at the right car park and bring the ticket to the reception to get the discounted rate.

Not friendly service at reception especially the Lady at counter!

I’m surprised the standard for this hotel under Marriott is very bad. The bed was hard as a rock, there’s only 1 pillow per person, the room doesn’t have a safe box and the room is not clean (very dusty). The front office staff didn’t show much interest in attending to guests either. Definitely not coming back here again.

They gave me a room facing the street, So with the smoking kids shouting out there, it was quite noisy. And there is no phone in the room. I got what I wanted through trips' customer service which was really fast and I am grateful for. But the location is superb. And it's the typical Moxy style. Simple but but chic and clean enough.

Everything is perfect, perfect location, clean room and very nice staff.

Location is good. Close to the mall n Salisbury store. Lots of eating joints near by. Very good for business travellers. Public transport is also at walking distance. Neat n clean hotel. Lovely staff .
