Premier Inn Frankfurt Messe recensioner

Warmly welcomed by front desk staff Tarik, Caroline and the team. They are always smiling and happy to help if you have any queries or requests. The location was a little walk from the train station but only couple of blocks away from the shopping mall which is super convenient.

Good services, good location, everything is good except for the room is hot (the ac is not working well).

Excellent hotel with good location . Very clean n convenient to shopping mall. Hotel staff like mr Tarik , Ms Aylin and Ms Grace were so nice , polite and kind in helping me to book the train tickets etc . Their service is really top notch which make this hotel super class . Location was great - felt safe, streets were clean and lots of good eateries nearby. A 20 minute walk to Hauptbahnhof (main train station). Check in was smooth, although the hotel staff that checked us in was unfriendly and mistakenly asked us to pay even though the room was pre-paid. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable! Wifi was rather slow - guests have the option to pay extra for faster wifi. Would still recommend!

Good for business stay, but it doesn’t have refridgeator. For those who already know that the most of German hotels does not have refridgeator will be no complain about this situation. But like me those who even thought about these type of situation, will be embarrassed. And the room that I rested, the bathroom door is not keep closed. The room was not that broad, rather small side. The service was nothing to complain about.

Overall good the only thing that is a con is the fact that there is no refrigerator in the room

Very nice and cosy hotel just walking distance to Skyline Plaza and Train Station.

Location is not bad. Reasonable price at Premier Inn level. Value for money also for the daily breakfast.

Very nice hotel with amazing facilities. Only downside is you have to walk 10min to the s-bahn station.

Overall it was nice experience staying at this hotel. It’s close to a mall so you can eat anytime there but the train station is a bit far. Staffs were nice and helpful. I was there to join Kpop Festival so I would be nice to stay closer to the train station.
