The hotel was great clean and very close to the train station.. the only negative side is that the neighborhood is a bit scary with a lot of homeless around.. other than that it was great

The staff were really friendly. The hotel is clean and tidy and had all the amenities we required.

The location was great, walking distance from the train station and town centre. The room is very clean and quiet. Staff are friendly and 24hr front desk. Overall highly recommended, affordable price

The location was really close to the station, comfortable room, beautiful places near by to visit it.

Very clean and chic style near frankfurt hbf.  however, design of facilities inside bathroom is a big strange, eg hairdryer is placed so near the wash basin which may cause fire accident if water is splashed onto it.  Over all, great value for money.

Small, simple but nice compact room. Reception is OK. The breakfast is nice and Services are pleasant.

Is a nice place to stay around the area. Convenient with foods & shop around

Good hotel for family trip

It was a nice standard room. The area was a bit sketchy to be honest, however, finding transportation was quite easy as the station is a close distance

Terrible Experience Very terrible! Very annoying! Very bad expreience! Please do not choose this hotle!!! I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel and I urge everyone to steer clear of this place. During my stay in the dead of winter, the heating was completely ineffective, and the room lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator and a kettle. To make matters worse, there was a persistent foul odor in the room. I only stayed for one night, having already paid for the room and city tax via Trip. Upon check-in, the reception staff demanded my credit card for a supposed pre-authorization, despite my informing them that I had already paid. They insisted it was just a guarantee and would not actually charge me. However, the next morning, a different staff member at reception charged me again for the city tax without my clear consent, and upon leaving the hotel, I was shocked to receive double charges for both the room and city tax. I have contacted the hotel and Trip multiple times. The hotel staff were rude and unhelpful, and while Trip initially promised a refund for the city tax and later for both charges, I have yet to see any action taken. This hotel not only fails in providing a decent stay but also engages in deceitful billing practices. Do not let them ruin your visit to Frankfurt. Please, please, please do not choose this hotel, and avoid staying here at all costs.

The hotel was good and clean. Have all the basic amenities needed, however the location was pretty shady. We felt unsafe walking around at night and early in the morning around the hotel area :')

The hotel's design and location are exceptional. The rooms are generously sized and well-appointed. The building offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including ample parking facilities.

Everything is perfect inside the hotel, except the aeea around it which is a bit creepy.
