Hotel location was well-located with several restaurants nearby, a supermarket around 3mins walk away, and around 10mins walk away from Frankfurt Cathedral. The room was spacious, well-furnished with the necessary amenities & toiletries. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable, and the aircon & wifi connection is good too. There is elevator and carpark in this hotel as well. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, upon our arrival there were quite a few groups of people waiting to check-in. As there were only 2 check-in personnel at the front desk, we had to wait around 15mins for check-in. Aside from that, we had an overall pleasant stay.

Hotel was nice and very near to the train station, i was here to attend an exhibition, the staff also super friendly and helpful, next time when i came here again will definitely stay in this hotel again, thanks!!

Its a wonderful location, service was great! 15 mind walk to Bornhiem area, has lots if local cafe and shops.

The hotel is really convenient for people visiting Frankfurt. Having a nice and clean room. The staff is nice and help me to check-in even I arrived early than the check-in time. I will be back if I come back to Frankfurt

Great location - near to restaurants and shopping place. Room was good but will be better if air con can adjust the cooling.

Good location, easy to explore the city and travel to the airport and train station. Good size room, comfy bed, decent shower. In room coffee was good and exercise mat in room was a nice touch. Quiet room and good sleep.

Love the hotel location, easy access to the city center with restaurants and bars around. The room is modern and clean with good facilities. You can find a hairdryer, clothes streamer, coffee maker, water boiler and other useful stuff. The toiletries are surprisingly good quality and I'll give 4.5 points. The staff are also friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back to Avani for my next stay in frankfurt.

Good location but limited facilities in the hotel. Room is not ready when ai check in. I come with 2 children aged 11 and 13 and I was charged extra 36 EURO for extra room guest (my 11 years old daughter) as I booked a superior room. When I checked in coffee, tea bags, bottle of water and tissues are empty. Not readily served family room with 2 single beds placed side by side. Ventilation is central heat and can hardly be adjusted. Room temperature is very high and we are hot all times.
