The Atrium Hotel Frankfurt, Germany  They are a scammer and very bad service. They bullshitting you when you my booking was 2 night the room I had no air-conditioning water leaking damaged disgusting I told manager to change it to different room. I need air condition. And better.  Room he lied to me I asked for refound to leave the hotel never want to refound me then I had to call the police to see the situation and the scammer inside the hotel. very bad story and very bad experience from Trip.com Or the Atrium hotel 😡🤬😡🥵😡

Just over a night stay in Frankfurt before fly back next day. This location wise is much better compared to earlier stay as not direct opposite to main station with quiet environment. Thus this morning have a better rest/sleep. Overall still good as there got convenient store direct opposite with the hotel.

Poor Customer service, Worst breakfast option ever. The only thing I liked was the view from my room on the 6th floor.

Good location with great veiw from the window. The ceiling was hight and had large windows. I didn’t like the shampoo tho and wished if they had a hair conditioner.

It was too cold because of no heater But nice staff gave us a heater machine Was ok

Stayed for 2 nights, the air conditioning in the room didn't work. Had to open the window to sleep. The previous guest said that the hotel had been inactive since they checked in and the hotel didn't like it.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. It is located near the train station, 15 minutes walk to the center. There is a kettle in the room, tea and coffee bags, a small refrigerator. In general, the room and bathroom are spacious and clean. Of the minuses, I will note the audibility between the rooms, you can hear literally every word from the neighboring room. I can safely recommend the hotel for a few nights in Frankfurt

Located within 10mins walk from Frankfurt main train station, lots of restaurants around and a convenient store opposite to the hotel. The bed is alright but the pillow and duvet are very thin. Rooms is not very soundproof, I can hear loud noises from the main street in the middle of night and noises from the other rooms.

Really nice place to stay!! Comfortable and convenient. Room is bigger compare to others.

Very neat and clean hotel with a location in the centre of Cologne, a step away from the train station and also next to Cologne Cathedral.

The staff was kind enough to hold my bag and let me use the restroom till my 3pm check-in. I got a room on the top floor, the view wasn’t great, but the room clean, spacious, and cool to the outside temperature. I appreciate a hotel room with a tub and big bathroom. All the channels were in German, but outside the hotel was a plethora of dining options!

Booked for 2 nights and provided only 1 toilet tissue and no complimentary water upon arrival, mention to the receptionist and keep on promising and nothing was delivered.

The hotel has great location, very near the Frankfurt train station.

I traveled for the weekend so I wasnt in the room for that long, but I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. The room I got had little flies/mosquitoes in the bathroom. The room was small for 2 people and it was connected to another room but the door was locked. The lighting was dim and I could see the outline of whoever was washing their hands in the bathroom bc of the bathroom's "glass" wall, this was also an issue because if someone has the light on in the bathroom the whole room gets bright. The location of the hotel feels dangerous at night, its dirty and crowded.
