Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Friendly service and fabulous breakfast.

The hotel is very nice , clean , room very comfortable, but unfortunately the service at restaurant, specific one of the waiter look like he was not really enjoying working and he behaved very uncomfortable, unprofessional and impolite. Everything should be really fast for him . Totally automatically service . We felt not welcomed. Sad to have a waiter behaving like that at a very good hotel this.

Stunning scenery looking out from this hotel. The place wad huge and clearly hosts a mass of meetings etc. The room was a good standard (size & decor) Ice cold water free and on tap. Good coffee available free from machine, also instant in rooms. Breakfast selection decent! Took a stroll down to nearby waterfront. What a beautiful place!

Nice clean rooms, and impresiv four a change with some nice and normal size shampoons and losion. Food at restorant was nice depends on taste a bit long whaiting time betwean the curses. Over all grate plase four short stay Coffee tea olways awaileble 24/7 thats grate.

Were there for one night getaway incl. 3 cause dinner, room OK but with 2 single beds, so clear this is made for conferencing and business events not for romantic getaway. The staff was very nice and service minded. The dinner was OK but nothing special, the meat at the buffet was cold but the waiter jumped in and got new direct from the kitchen. All in all fine.

Visited a few times, I’ve found all facilities to be of great standard. I’ve been served by Jacob on reception several times and I highly recommend his professionalism and eager to help. Thank you Jacob for making my stay pleasant. I will surely select the hotel again based on staff and service.

Have had the pleasure of staying at the Trinity many times over the last few years (apart from covid years!). It had become a welcome stop over on a long drive through Denmark to Sweden. Sadly, the hotels bears all the signs of decline - service is not what is was, carpets (even in the renovated winds) badly stained and rooms smelly. We arrived after a long drive, checked in and then had other guests walk into our rooms! Mix ups do happen, but the barest flicker of an apology from reception and we were told to make sure to explain the mix up when paying on check out the next day! I’ve no idea if we were in the right rooms for the rate paid etc Although the hotel was fairly busy, we were told the only food left was burgers! This isn’t the cheapest place to stay and just not the quality it used to be.

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise und für uns war das Hotel ideal. Gut gelegen, angenehme Betten und leckeres Fruhstück. Das Abendessen wäre herrvorragend gewesen, wenn es wärmer gewesen wäre. Sonst waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.
