This condo offers a modern open floor plan including a large living room, spacious dining room, fully stocked gourmet kitchen with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances & upgraded lighting. The owners suite is complete with a beautiful full bathroom including a large shower with 16" rain shower head, double bowl vanity & a walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom and full bathroom off the main hallway.

Clean, Spacious, Awesome Location
We enjoyed our stay in this Frederick condo. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space for three adults. Everything was in good working order. The condo is a short walk to lots of shops, restaurants and the park. Parking behind the condo was convenient and easy to use. Only suggestions would be a pathway from the parking area to the back patio (currently you have to walk through uneven grass) and more lighting near the patio steps. Highly recommend if you're staying in Frederick!

Exactly What We Needed
We were so happy with this property. There is plenty of space to spread out. It is fantastic to be so close to downtown Frederick. Also, the parking space in the alley is convenient to have.

The stairs were harder to get up than we thought! Place was clean and modern. Needed hand towels and bath mats. All in all, it was convenient and laid out well.

Very comfortable and great location
Right downtown in historic old Frederick. Two large bedrooms, nice kitchen, lots of room, very clean. Only minor bummer was not having CNN as an available channel on the TV. But really, no complaints at all. Couldn't have been cleaner, which was appreciated. Would definitely come back again!

Get away
This was a perfect property for my friend and I to stay in for a few days. It’s only a couple of blocks from Market Street where we walked, did some shopping and ate at local restaurants including a couple of pubs.

Clean home and well stocked. Great location!
The home is spacious and well stocked. Very clean and very close to the Fredrick downtown where we could walk to for dinner. The master bath had no hot water though, so we ended up using only the guest shower during our stay.

Great location, comfortable stay but noisy upstairs neighbors
We will likely stay here again as it was a great deal for the space and location. It’s nice that they provide everything needed for a short term stay, you can tell there’s a lot of thought put into this place. Beds were pretty comfortable. Not really a complaint but just fyi that you can hear every step of whoever is staying upstairs. Our baby was able to sleep through it with his sound machine.
