The accomodation is of a high quality, comfortable and clean. Great views of Fragilliana and the sea from the terrace / balcony. Helpful friendly staff. We ate in the Avo restaurant on our first evening. Every dish contained avocado including the deserts. Whilst I enjoy avocado occaisionally this was too much for me. I also thought it was over priced. We purchaced a bottle of local wine that we had paid under €20 for in a wine bar that cost over €28 here. We were the only people dining that evening. Breakfast was ok but not better. Much cheaper and better to go to a café in Fragilliana. Access is via a fairly narrow track with a poorly maintained surface. I did not wish to drive along it at night but the Hotel staff helpfully arranged a taxi for us to Fragilliana (€10). It was easy enough to get a taxi back in the evening from the taxi rank in the centre of Fragilliana.

Darling rooms and great service. The breakfast was delicious and so was dinner at The Avo. The views were superb with a relaxing and peaceful pool. Our room had an outdoor patio with a daybed which was so much fun to enjoy the views and warm sun. Would recommend!

The most picturesque rural hotel with fantastic restaurante. We come back every summer for a lovely weekend! The food and wine is great, nice friendly service. The room are cozy with lovely view over the valley and Frigiliana. A perfect romantic getaway.

It was a lovely hotel and we are very glad that we chose to stay there. It is at the top of a hill just above the town. The bed was comfortable. Beautiful views from the hotel and it is very quiet at night. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast. We didn't eat another meal there so I can't comment on the restaurant. It's a lovely walk into town and back. We walked down a road into town (about 1.5 km) that was different than the one that we drove up to the hotel. The pool was cold but it was just what we needed in the afternoon to cool off. It was a lovely walk back up the hill after dinner - I felt safe, even in the dark. A good way to work off the calories from dinner. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.

enjoyed a week long break at this beautiful hotel . The accomodation , food and especially service are 1st class. The hotel is beautifully spanish and the setting is so relaxing . Views of the village and mountians are just breathtaking , i would highly reccommend for a relaxed, chilled holiday. A special thank you to Maria who made us so welcome .

Hotel is cute. Unfortunately the reception staff are not service oriented (and even have an attitude). For the price and how the hotel is profiles you’d expect quality in the details. Breakfast was of really poor quality (and unavailable before 9am, so if you are planning an earlier trip, no way). The hotel has the potential if managed properly.

Living nearby in Frigiliana, having checked this hotel out, I booked it for my sister for 4 nights. Whilst she enjoyed the hotel and its location, it was spoiled by the very rude and dismissive attitude of the owner. What a shame! As a well travelled lady she'd never encountered such an appalling and ungracious reception anywhere in the world. Asking for anything felt like an intrusion and resented, unbelievable! - not the way to run a hotel. Very disappointing.

I visited tonight to see if friends should stay and it’s totally overpriced - table service was non existent so you had to go to the bar and then pay an inflated price for your drink - I would recommend this hotel to anyone! There are far better places to stay in Frigiliana

Un hotel con encanto. Pequeño, 11 chalets, pero eso, es lo ideal, te hace sentir muy bien cuidado y atendido, tienes más trato con tus anfitriones. Las vistas magníficas... se ve Frigiliana y la bahía de Nerja Habitación con terraza. Cama King size, lencería de calidad Piscina Los anfitriones son encantadores
