The condo features an open floor plan that maximizes the use of its 325 sqft size. The bedroom area includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for individuals, couples, or a small family. Unit has a small refrigerator, dishwasher and one burner. It does not have a stove/oven. One of the highlights of this property is its outdoor amenities. From tennis courts to fishing spots, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Stay active and fit at the fitness center or take advantage of the nearby Ocean Point & Ocean Creek golf courses. If you prefer a more leisurely activity, bicycles are available to rent from Excursions. The beach is just a boardwalk away, offering endless opportunities for relaxation and fun in the sun. Getting to know Fripp Island: Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all. Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
