They run a kids club an the kids really enjoyed it the man who runs it Connor just makes u feel at home when ur far from it. All the staff are very friendly helpful and can speak in English rooms was very clean and I really enjoyed my experience. Bingo night was fun with everyone shouting and laughing

Good points: clean room, comfy bed, decent breakfast, good location. Bad points: Looks like HMP Palmeras - dated, does not resemble photo, pool closed, inside bathroom door handle missing resulting in a member of our party wasting two hours' holiday time stuck in there (reported handle to reception but was not fixed during our stay).

Given a room on 1st floor, balcony looked over a car park, no sun all day. Room was fine, beds very comfortable had to ask for extra pillows. Breakfast was fine good selection of food staff friendly and efficient. Noise from nightclub below the hotel was unbearable, started at 11pm finished at 4am having asked to change rooms we were told they were fully booked and to buy some earplugs !! Location was excellent close to trains and buses. Would stay again but it would have to be on the top floor.

The room were comfy and clean. But our room didn’t get any sun on the balcony at all and at this time of year you need it. Had to pay more money to get moved to the other side. On the 4th floor we had a sea view but the noise from the bars underneath is dreadful so hope you don’t have young children. Unfortunately the pool was closed but there wasn’t even anywhere to sunbathe which I found the worst thing tbh.

Not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination! Threadbare carpets, noise from rooms and corridors all night, shocking walls in need of decoration, empty corridors! Food shocking, scrambled eggs like powder, no proper tea! Beds and pillows awful, really have nothing good to say. Back in the 70s maybe a real treat, not in 2024!! Even the Xmas tree looked forlorn’

We stayed 16/12 - 26/12/24 and loved it. Location is excellent, right on the port side and we caught the train from Málaga airport then walked just 7 minutes to the hotel. Room 425 had an amazing view right down the beach front, only downside was it wasn't in the sun at any time in the winter months so it was quite cold on the balcony. Our room wasn't really warm enough and after speaking to reception about this twice, we were given an electric radiator which just about took the chill off. Although the pool was closed for winter, we were able to use the sunbeds to sit on the warm sunshine! We were half board and found the food to be excellent. Always hot and fresh with a superb variety to feed even the fussiest. You can help yourself to wine with the evening meal too! The bar area was cosy for such a big hotel and we took advantage of happy hour 6-7pm with a Tia Maria BOGOF for 4.50€ We didn't go for the advertised evening entertainment so I'm not even sure there was any, we could only hear noise from the few bars across the road. All staff were cheerful and worked hard and were very attentive. We would definitely come again. Thank you from Rosemarie and mum
