Could not fault this hotel. The location was great. Hotel spotless. Food plenty of choice. Entertainment on every night. The staff are so helpful and nothing too much trouble. The beds were so comfy. Ideal place to get about with bus stop right outside and train station a few minutes walk away. Would definitely come back here and thanks to all for a great holiday.

I am writing this review on behalf of my son who just returned from this hotel with family. The hotel was overall clean however he did have to chase on a few occasions to make the beds and to clean the room and to leave fresh bath towels. The food selection wasn't the best and was very repetitive. The entertainment that was on genuinely wasn't the best and didn't cater for all different nationalities. The all inclusive drinks were fine and there was also alcohol free beer available on tap. The hotel reception was friendly and welcoming. My son and my mom became very poorly whilst at this hotel with sickness and diarrhea and both had to seek medical advice. They both spent 2 days in bed with whatever they picked up but was violently sick. Unfortunately my son and family would never go back to this hotel and wouldn't recommend this hotel to others. This is purely a review from my son and his honest opinion. Thank you

The food cold. Daily snacks were the left overs from previous night menu. The cost of safe for 3 days was 31.95 euros plus deposit. If you want fridge you have to hire also kettle and iron. Hotel roo.s are very dated and tatty. Hotel only card as instructed as soon as you get to desk but want cash for hiring safe etc

Not the best hotel we have stayed in but just about acceptable for the price we paid. Found the vast majority of the staff polite and friendly especially the maids. The rooms are basic but are clean and the beds are very comfy, not enough plugs, no fridge or kettle and the balcony door is just a normal door, not the sliding type so if it's windy it just slams shut. The most disappointing part of the holiday was the meal times, they don't seem to be able to cope with the number of people even in March. The restaurant manager greets you and then guides you to a table if he can find one! Some tables are literally 10 to 12 inches apart, not very private at all. The food is very repetitive, just served in different forms. Breakfast was generally the best but who wants to queue up for 5 minutes for a fried egg every morning while they cook it for you, why not serve them on the buffet with everything else. The show cooking was extremely repetitive and rushed, not sure that the food was always cooked long enough as one of our party was very ill after eating meat from there. There's another recent review regarding this. Didn't see much of the entertainment, there's something on every night and everyone looked to be enjoying it. Lastly, not sure why the hotel scores so much for it's location, it's on the sea front but there's very little else around, one night we fancied a takeaway because the restaurant food wasn't to our taste and had to walk that far we needed a taxi back!

My partner and I went for a week for his birthday. We heard good reviews about the hotel so were expecting quite good things. Positives: The staff were lovely the entire time, the entertainment staff were so funny and friendly. Bar staff were also lovely! Our room got cleaned when we wanted them to and always provided us with clean towels everytime. Snack bar was brilliant very convenient for all inclusive if you wanted a nibble inbetween breakfast, lunch or dinner. On my partners birthday I asked if they could do something with the candles I bought. They baked him a cake and came out with candles and everything and sang him happy birthday, this was much appreciated and I was so grateful. Shower is very powerful and good. English channels on the TV in room. Entertainment was so fun!! Negatives: Although food was nice there wasn't that much variety, we had the same food every single night for about 3 days straight, however there was a Chinese food night on the last day we stayed. The laundrette wasn't free, wasn't expecting it to be but just be aware it is 4euros to wash clothes and 3 euros to dry them. One thing we noticed and many other english people we met noticed was how badly the english got treated compared to the Spanish. Multiple times we all queued up for food and then a Spanish family turned up, the male waiter winked at them and took them in front of the queue and sat them down, we had all inclusive so there was no difference in us. This is not all Spanish people but we found a lot of them to be rude, the dirty looks for no reason, the judging faces as we have fun and the scammers from shops due to us not being Spanish, BE AWARE. During breakfast, lunch and tea, due to it being a buffet, there were many people who just didn't care for hygiene and you would find different foods in other dishes. Although there were some negatives, it was a lovely holiday, we didn't want to leave, we made some amazing friends and the staff were great.
