For shared use: natural garden. Patio, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox), petting farm. In the house: central heating system. Linen change weekly. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3.3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Pankrazberg Abzw Geols" 600 m, railway station "Fügen-Hart i.Z. Bahnhof" 4.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 4 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer Badesee" 8 km. Tennis 3 km, gondola lift 3 km, skisport facilities 3 km, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 3 km. Accommodation was according to the offer. The disadvantage was commuting to the slopes. Far away from the ski bus, so we were commuting with the kids.

Great location. Between two ski areas: Spieljoch and Hochfugen. Max fifteen minutes drive but both areas. There are two bathrooms but we only used one. One was very outdated and smelled like sewage.
