This might be the best place to stay near Mt Fuji! The service is incredible and the staff is very friendly! We booked a dome and loved the sauna, bath, dome, kitchen… everything! The BBQ dinner and breakfast were outstanding and the detailed cooking instructions were very clear. The bed was very comfortable as well. Only one complaint - gas grill is located inside the kitchen and the room fills with smoke. Best to open the sliding doors to let the air circulate and also clean the grill before turning it on. The staff helped us book taxis, which helped a lot, too!

This hotel is located at nearby Kawaguchi lake at Mt.fuji area and this hotel is value for the price with perfect facilities and environment

The place was totally awesome! Totally relaxing and a very different experience from the tradition ryokan experience in Kawaguchiko. Location is rather convenient- just 1 stop on the red line bus will bring you to the resort. Dinner and breakfast was awesome too, however be sure that you have somebody that knows how to work the grill! Communication with service staff was a little difficult, but Google translator solved the issue. Not much of service you need as you are pretty much on your own!

We stayed in the hotel for two nights and had already informed the receptionist when we checked in that two friends would come visit on the next day where they stayed in another hotel closer to FujiQ. When our friends came, one of their staff blocked our way and accusing us that we had more people staying than we booked in an unfriendly, rude and arrogant manner as if he was a cop and caught us did something bad. We explained to him in both English and Japanese translation that our friends were just here visiting. We showed him their other hotel booking confirmation but he said no guests were allowed to come visit in any hotel and this is their some Japan hotels authority’s rule! We asked him proof of such rules which of course there isn’t any. No proper apologies and poor attitude remains from that staff. Very bad experience with the staff here. Other than that, the hotel property and facilities were great.

酒店環境非常清幽安靜，附近行前50米左右就是網紅打卡點LAWSON便利店而且有多食店和有不間大型超市補充日常物資都方便，酒店還有煮食爐具提供自己煮食都可以，整體來講都適合家庭客和朋友聚會

環境超靚。 不過客房與廚房廁所不是相連，雖然只是幾步路，但因為不是電子鎖，安全問題，出入都要鎖上門，又要開門，晚上燈光不夠，幾步路距離至少要1-2分鐘先完成全套開門鎖門，在下雪天氣時真的要鼓起幾大勇氣。 村口個任飲紅白酒很出色，環境超舒服。

設施一流，廚房用品一應俱全，酒店對面就有大超市，很方便！ 房間空調暖氣稍稍不太夠，但是有暖爐，晚上睡覺不會冷。 有雪景真的很贊！ 而且！房間很大！可以攤開24寸行李箱，懂得都懂！

地方很很漂亮大，超豪華的獨立屋，黃昏時酒水可以任飲。美中不足有三點：1.已經付了不少錢加購晚餐和早餐，但原來要自己Grill，本來以為一早製作好，或者起碼希望可以讓住客選擇自己grill還是酒店可以代我們grill。2.浸浴間沒有暖氣，要靠熱水去暖房，所以還是很凍，如果浴室都有浴室寶預熱就更完美。3.早上十點點check out太早了，早餐已經要自己Grill，食得黎執唔切行李，太趕急了。 不過還是一間十分優秀的住宿，值得推薦。

酒店環境特別好非常新，晚上時候特別安靜，9點之前酒店大堂有免費的酒和多種的温泉浴粉，出門也能看見富士山！ 非常不錯！！！

度假村很漂亮！設備無可挑剔！ 唯一覺得住帳篷式的跟廚房、浴室廁所是分開的，所以晚上要起來去隔壁上廁所很冷而且不方便！

酒店距離河口湖站大約10分鐘車程，可以在河口湖站乘坐的士或者自駕。酒店環境優美，地理環境優越，天朗氣清的時候還能看到星星。房間就像度假屋一樣，設施齊全，有浴缸還有桑拿。不過酒店始終在郊區，因此有不少小蟲子在房間，介意的話要注意。
