Very cozy hotel. Friendly and helpful staff although some have difficulty in communicating in English. The rooms in the new building in the back are very nice. Slippers and night gowns provided.

Great location right on Lake Saiko. But the facilities are kind of old and creaky. Funny chemical smell in the downstairs restaurant (though that may be gone soon). Be warned: there is no luggage storage here, even though their listing says so. This screwed up my travel plans and I was unable to enjoy Lake Saiko because I could not leave the luggage at the hotel to explore, as I had planned. There was no sympathy or attempt at assistance from the hotel staff even after I showed them the false listing. It was not their problem, apparently.

A bit out of the way from town and amenities. Room feels old and hence cleanliness not great

酒店內的西餐味道不錯，而且價錢合適。 早餐也非常豐富，看着湖景，整個人也很放鬆。

環境不錯的，年輕的職員都很有禮貌，不過他們都不太懂英文，對於其他國家的遊客而言不算是非常方便，這個要注意。

看評論酒店環境和晚餐評價10分高，但是晚餐沒有什麼特別，房間比較老舊，清潔程度一般，服務員態度一般，房間需要上樓梯，需要自行搬行李上房間，10分不方便。

每次去日本都住溫泉旅館，其實都可以試吓呢一間比較西式嘅酒店，呢間酒店分開本館同新館，本館係賣懷舊色彩，基本上傢俬同埋房間都比較殘舊，不過都算乾淨。新館方面，明顯地比起本館裝修比較現代化，亦都曾設咗好多唔同嘅擺設同裝飾品，房間亦都比較大但當然價錢都比較貴啦。 酒店本身係供應法國餐，晚餐係四道菜嘅法國餐，頭盤、湯、主菜同埋甜品，晚上用餐嘅時候侍應小姐亦都會幫你去影一張相，佢哋會喺你check out嗰日送俾你做紀念，都幾有特色。 酒店外邊其實過咗條馬路就係一個沙灘，夜晚你會見到好多人會揸架車喺沙灘泊車，跟住就喺嗰度camping同埋燒嘢食。感覺都Chill! 喺酒店前面仲有一部咖啡機，原來嗰部咖啡機係免費供應比住客去飲用㗎，雖然佢好似要入錢，但係其實你係入唔到錢架，直接撳掣就可以飲到咖啡㗎喇！

我們沒趕上搭往西湖的最後一班公車16:10，結果還要搭計程車過去，這點大家要注意，飯店位置環境都很好，是西湖很高檔的旅館，英式早餐很不錯，自費用西式晚餐也很不錯，面前就是西湖，沙灘上很多人在露營

日本此行最特別的酒店，英式風格，馬路對面就是湖邊，還有人露營。英式早餐非常豐盛。
