We have a balcony at room and it allows us to have the fujiyama view with no troubles. The dinner offered a wide range of dishes. The price is reasonable with superb service.

Nice hotel! We just arrived at the hotel entrance, and there were staff members greeting us at the door. During check-in, the process was explained clearly, and the service was excellent. A staff member was dedicated to serving us dinner, and both the dinner and breakfast tasted great. The view from our room was also very good. When we left, the hotel staff waved at us continuously. The service and quality were very good.👍👍

This is the beat location to enjoy Mount Fuji scene. In both the bedroom and the outdoor onsen. Feel so cool!! The dinner is special and delicious. Definitely recommended to stay at least 1 night there.

Service wasn’t really good, not really kind

An absolute gorgeous experience. The facilities, staff, dinners and tranquility is exceptional. I highly recommend having the private bath reserved (book it while you're there) as the views and atmosphere are even better than the main baths on the 1st floor. We came here for our honeymoon and I had wanted one thing during our time in Kawaguchiko; to see Mt Fuji from across a lake, while enjoying tea in a Japanese room. The weather covered the mountain for almost the entire stay, except once - and it was a fantastic sight to see in person. If you visit during November, there will be more tourists. This is due to the Fall festivals taking place, and there is a large selection of stalls and markets in the area to enjoy. Furthermore, Fall has an effect on the local environment that is truly beautiful. The only disappointing thing about our stay was that we stayed for two nights and wish we had booked longer! I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Location is with an excellent view of Mt. Fuji and some points of interest nearby. They have shuttle bus service commuting between train station and hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good. We can see the Fuji without leaving our room !!!
