Good location and cozy rooms with Fuji view. Hotel staff is friendly, they eved provided us take away breakfast because we were leaving hotel very early. Also they have transfer to station Kawaguchiko.

Family-friendly hotel. Stuffs are good. Small hotel. But rooms are good. Fuji view rooms are good. Can view Mount Fuji from Window. The dinner option is not good in the hotel. But there are restaurants nearby. Clean rooms. Cycle renting options are available in the hotel. Around 700 Yen taxi fare from Kawaguchigo station to hotel. The hotel has a one-way transport option to Kawaguchigo station during the daytime.

Have a nice stay with my lovely family. Very beautiful scenery of mount fuji.

It was just ok in general except for 1 snafu. We waited 20 minutes to get a table at breakfast, then when they finally gave us the table, they did not bring out our food which we’d pre ordered the day before. We waited for another 20 minutes before asking them about it, at which point they gave us 1 grossly inadequate bun per person as compensation. Wasting our precious time in this wonderful town is so painful. Rooftop view is good.

The stay is very comfortable. The service is great.

Best location to see Mt. Fuji, right outside your window!!!

Actually my second stay. Was here in April 2024 for Sakura. Stayed in the watermelon room in the first stay. This time in Jan 2025, I managed to book the room with mt fuji view. Stayed for 4 nites to truly enjoy all lakes through cycling and scooting. Breakfast was repetitive for all 4 mornings so it was getting a bit boring but it’s decent .

Recommend staying here if you are visiting Mt Fuji. It is a 15 to 20 min walk away from Kawaguchiko Station. Alternatively, you can take the Red Line bus and alight at Oigi bus stop. But it can be difficult to board the bus with huge luggages, so walking would be a better option. Room is spacious compared to Tokyo hotels. Free breakfast was also provided daily! Can choose between Japanese set or Sandwich set. Both options are equally filling. You can also see Mt Fuji from the rooftop of the Hotel. To get around, just need to walk a short distance to Oigi bus stop, and take the bus using your IC card. When going back to Kawaguchiko Station after check out, just inform the receptionist beforehand to book a slot to take the free shuttle bus. Staying here was hassle free and convenient, and we had a great experience.

Had a really pleasant stay at Haostay. The first day we were unlucky, it was raining and didn’t get to see Fuji. 2nd day we were able to see it so clear from the top roof of the hotel!!

The hotel offers excellent service with very patient and attentive staff. The breakfast is delicious, and the surroundings are beautiful. And one more thing to mention is: I would like to sincerely apologize for missing the scheduled check-in time. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was delayed, and unfortunately, the hotel staff had to wait for me for two hours. I deeply regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate the staff’s patience and understanding in accommodating my late arrival.

Convenient location , clean rooms , nice breakfast , great roof view to see Mount Fuji ! Spacious room . Has bicycle rental in hotel . Free face mask, bath salts , lotion etc .

This hotel is awesome with the Mount fuji view and the room is very big and it seems like we are living in traditional Japanese style house. Highly recommend!
