Fuji Lake Hotel recensioner

Near to Kawaguichiko lake and close to Ropeway.. we managed to see Mount Fuji view from hotel during our stay. The dinner served with great buffet and we enjoyed the beef and the unlimited liquor.. Onsen also good. Overall i like this hotel, their service was great.

Location is good, but price is over rated. Old hotel, limited selection for buffet dinner and breakfast Taste normal. Onsen area doesn’t provide ice cream or yakult. Very disappointed. Normal chain hotel in Japan even better than here.

The location was scenic as we could see both the lake and Mount Fuji clearly. The private Onsen had amazing view! Service was excellent and buffet was great with lots of choices. The steak was very nice! Would recommend this hotel as had a lovely time!

I appreciate the free pick up shuttle service from train station to the hotel very much, besides the room are spacious and large enough with great lake view. The breakfast is also fantastic with great variety to choose from, let alone enjoying the fujisan view.

Amazing dinner and breakfast buffet with a lake / mt fuji view

Very happy with the services provided from all staff. Excellent sushi and steak dinner with all you can drinks. We especially enjoyed the indoor and outdoor hot springs. Will come again.

hotel has a wide spread for buffet dinner and breakfast. room is clean and spacious. able to see mount fuji quite closely. offers free parking for car.

The hotel offers excellent service, with friendly and attentive staff that make you feel truly welcomed. The views of Mount Fuji are excellent, creating a breathtaking and relaxing atmosphere. And also the private hot spring is incredibly comfortable. There is a nearby bike rental service and the hotel also provides a shuttle service to and from the station. At the front desk, guests can enjoy delightful tea and snacks, adding a thoughtful touch to the stay. lol :D

High quality hotel. Good service, good environment. The location is good also. You can walk along the Kawaguchiko lake and enjoy the gorgeous scenery.

Amazing experience! Our first stay in this area has been perfect (even tho we didn't really get to see Mt.Fuji in full glory). We hotel staff are all extremely nice and polite, the food buffet is delicious (especially sushi and beef steak) + there's a wide selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. My first onsen visit was very relaxing and not scary at all - with 4 pools you can have a bit of privacy. The visual of hot steam against the dark sky will remain in my memory for a long time. The hotel offers transportation to and from station, or you can just walk there in like 10 mins. The location of the hotel is super - the buses stop just outside of the hotel and you can walk to some attractions (appare boat, Herb museum etc.)

Amazing experience at Fuji Lake Hotel. Room was spacious. We booked the room with private onsen and really enjoyed that. The view from the room was spectacular. The buffet dinners and breakfast was also quite good. They also have a free shuttle bus service to and from Kawguchiko station upon request. Staff were very helpful as well.
