Fuji Lake Hotel recensioner

Amazing experience! Our first stay in this area has been perfect (even tho we didn't really get to see Mt.Fuji in full glory). We hotel staff are all extremely nice and polite, the food buffet is delicious (especially sushi and beef steak) + there's a wide selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. My first onsen visit was very relaxing and not scary at all - with 4 pools you can have a bit of privacy. The visual of hot steam against the dark sky will remain in my memory for a long time. The hotel offers transportation to and from station, or you can just walk there in like 10 mins. The location of the hotel is super - the buses stop just outside of the hotel and you can walk to some attractions (appare boat, Herb museum etc.)

We felt extremely welcomed once we arrived at the hotel. The staff took our luggage immediately from the car and delivered them to our room. We were shown by the staff to the room and they introduced the facilities to us. In addition, the staff were very responsible and cared for their guests. We booked 3 rooms in total and 1 of the rooms did not reserve dinner for the first night. They called/ emailed multiple times to check whether we would like to have dinner served for everyone on the first night. They did not have to do this, but it just showed that they really placed their guests' interest first and wanted to ensure that they enjoyed their stay at their hotel. Their efforts are highly commendable!!!!
