Japanese style hotel. A bit old and outdated but I think it's charming with Tatami, futon and closet like where Doraemon sleep. If you arrive at station after 3 pm you can call hotel for free pick up service, just 10-15 mins then they're there. We've got a room at 10th floor so bit of a walk from main building to our room but it's fine there, great view of Fuji and lake. Room were nice in Japanese style like I ever read in manga. Our rate were breakfast and dinner included. Then they arranged for you as the time you prefer. Excellent food and super good service! Even they speak 99% only Japanese but service is extraordinary. Don't miss the onsen too, cool experience to take a bath with a view. They also have shuttle service to train station , just ask reception ,free of charge.

The hotel is ideally situated on the shores of Lake Kawaguchi, offering stunning, panoramic views of Mount Fuji. Whether you’re waking up to the sight of the mountain at sunrise or enjoying a peaceful evening by the lake, the location couldn’t be better. It’s also close to Kawaguchiko Station (about a 10-minute drive or bus ride)

Very authentic Japanese onsen hotel location at the heart of Kawaguchiko. Good view of Mt. Fuji, people are friend and nice, food is good.

this is my first time in kawaguchiko. I chose this place because there is a reasonable price with all i need in here. The place is old but clean, staffs so nice and helpful.

The staff were incredibly nice, and my room was spotless. The food was absolutely delicious, and the highlight was the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji from my window.

It is probably the time to renovate the hotel as most of the areas are old.  We booked three rooms. The receptionist was helpful but she took a bit long for the check-in procedure. The tatami room was pretty good except the toilet was super small. The dinner was included. We went to the dining room on time and the food was prepared. The food was ok. If the staff could have carry smile then it would be great.

bear in mind this is a very very old hotel, the design is like in the 80s. we didn't enjoy futon bed on our first night, and the hotel was kind enough to provide us a bed divan (i'm not sure what is the proper term to that) on our second stay. very beautiful scene and we were lucky to have a clear view of mount fuji every morning! they also have onsen on the 7th floor, it'd be great if they do clean the windows so we can enjoy the view of fuji while soaking in the onsen.

You may store your luggage at the lobby before and after check in. They provide shuttle service to Kawaguchiko station at checkout. Check in was normal, room was spacious for 4. Onsen facilities were decent. Breakfast and dinner were great! Staff were really friendly.

Nice ryokan hotel. It might look old but still nice and clean and spacious. We enjoyed the view of Fuji san from every rooms we’ve booked. Breakfast were delicious and not the same each day. There’s a restaurant near by that we walked to for dinner.
