Awesome, very good service and excellent service mind of all staff

This was an incredible stay. The place was immaculate, service excellent, and the best sleep I’ve had in months.

My second stay with them in 2 years! Once you arrive at Kawaguchiko station, head to tourist information centre to get them to call the ryokan to pick you up. The ride is 5mins! The walk itself is about 10mins but hilly. You wouldnt want to do that with luggages in tow. The room is very clean and has great view of Lake Kawaguchiko. Our stay came with breakfast and dinner. Dinner was great! Most items were delicious. Breakfast is buffet style and pretty average. Their private and female onsen have views of mt Fuji!

Poor minimal service… ridiculous charges might as well get airbnb with way more facilities and flexibility.

We are a family of four. The hotel has beautiful scenery and is in the central area of Lake Kawaguchi. The staff are very friendly and the dinner is delicious. The dinner is different every day and we enjoy the dishes much. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Service was great and waking up to the view of the lake was amazing. We loved the rooftop footbath and managed to use it both in the night and day during our stay. The view of mount Fuji was a lot clearer and bigger than we thought it would be, so we were pleasantly surprised. The dinner set was an amazing experience as well!

Very friendly staff. Hotel shuttle from the train station is particularly useful. Location is just next to the lake. Has clear view of Mt Fuji from the roof top.

Hotel room felt luxurious and blends the modern with the traditional. Service was incredible, I especially enjoyed their dinner service. The breakfast buffer spread was also very good. Hotel offers luggage storage and shuttle services to kawaguchiko station. Staff are overall extremely friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Service was very good and staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel had a superb view of the lake.

Nice hotel. It was a pity to encounter bad weather. There wasn’t much to do except onsen in the hotel.

With the pristine, spacious, and cozy room coming with excellent services, it's worth it to pay though it's a bit pricey.

Location of this hotel is slightly far from the nearest Kawaguchiko Station, but they operate a free shuttle to/fro the station on demand so getting in and out was very easy. There was a bus stop right in front/across the road from the hotel which made travelling around very convenient as well. Our kaiseki service staff Kohei spoke good English and very kind and helpful to offer us recommendations for places nearby to visit! Although we never got the chance to meet the housekeeping staff, they were also very timely and quick in helping us set up the tatami mats for bedtime. We requested for the setup then went to check out the rooftop foot bath for 10 minutes — and the beds were already set up when we came back haha. Breakfast was also very scrumptious and had great variety. Would definitely come back if I visit Kawaguchiko again!

It's a pretty decent hotel. The service is fine and the food quality is alright.
