Absolutely loved my stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Fuji Onsen Resort! The location is super convenient—just a short walk from Fuji-Q Highland and easy access to buses and trains. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of Mount Fuji from both the room and the onsen—truly unforgettable. The facilities were clean and modern, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Fuji area!

Love this hotel! Mt Fuji view is totally worth it for that sunrise moment! Also, with the onsen is just perfect! Nearby Hotel is Fuji Q highland station (6 mins walk) so it is convenient to explore around. Just check google map for the next upcoming train and you’ll be able to plan your schedule. Highly recommended even if you didnt rent a car here.

The hotel located close to the train station. However, the outdoor onsen was broken down during my stay which affected my experience. Buffet breakfast and dinner were both satisfactory.

I loved this hotel. The location was perfect, you could see Mt Fuji from the window! It is close to the train station and also to the most popular spots for photos. There is also a good barbecue place and Lawson across the road. Onsen was amazing and deserves a separate rating. One onsen is outdoors under the stars and other inside onsen. It is clean and has everything you might need. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. Also loved the breakfast and different choices it offered. Now writing a review it reminds me how happy I was those days and it fills my heart with joy!

Good location, mins away from the train station, supermarket, and the themed park. Decent room with large window. Great customer service. The view from the hot spring is mesmerizing. Highly recommended for families. We’ll be back!

thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Mystays Fuji Onsen Resort, it’s about 10-13min walk to Fujikyu Highland and nearish our car rental place. As the hotel name suggests, there is an onsen on the highest level of the hotel, where it’s split into closed-air (indoor) and outdoor. Quite small but still pretty relaxing. Room is reasonably spaced too. you can perhaps skip the breakfast, we topped up (at the front desk) for one day of breakfast but the selection isn’t great.

Good breakfast, nice view to My Fuji. High floor view is recommended. Location for self drive is recommended

Nice hotel to stay with family with kid n elderly

The hotel was easy to find as we self drive to Mount Fuji. There also free parking at the hotel. The onsen was good as there outdoor and indoor for us to choose at.

Big room. Good facilities. Nice view from room. I love Onsen.
