HOTEL WBF GRANDE HAKATA recensioner

It's a bit outside of Hakata station but it's still within a walkable distance. Rental bike right behind the hotel. Breakfast was nice.

1. good place with delicious breakfast. 2. rooftop bar with good view for relexing with free drinks.

Great location! Walkable distance to shopping mall. Rooms are not too large but it is okay for two travelers.

Good spa onsen , nice comfortable room , amazing lounge view of fukuoka. We could even see planes landing and taking off . Several options of coffee, tea and non alcoholic drinks in a very beautiful decorated lounge . Location is approximately 20 minutes walk from the train station . Breakfast is good and nice variety of food . Good price and nice place

The hotel is 10 minutes away from the subway station, which is a bit far if you are pushing luggage.

Breakfast was too crowded, room was tiny and bathroom flooded overall I would only choose this hotel if you are desperate 😳🫣😳

Room so small. Cannot open large suit case. Too many people especially in Public bath and breakfast Breakfast is nice, pretty good.

Hotel is new, just quite far from jr. can visit again next time.

Located in between Hakata station and Higashi-hie station. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious and I like that they have a full body shower and an outdoor tub located in the balcony so you can tale a dip any time you want. They also have a public bath available for use. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, quite affordable as well.

The hotel is clean, and the room is of a standard size for Japan. The location is somewhat far from the train station. The amenities provided are up to standard.

Bad service when we checked in. Told us to park our car at pavement instead of parking lot (2 available) and kept warning us to hurry as police will come if we park for too long. Our check in was hurried and had to leave our luggages at the lobby. Staff weren't helpful at all especially the Chinese speaking one. Why can't they just let us park our car at the parking lot for a while and check in properly? We clearly told them that we will leave shortly as we need to return the car at hakata by 6pm.

We stayed 2 night here and plan to stay one more night here. Hotel is about 15 min walk to the Hakata Station, few restaurant and convenience store otw. Room is small but understandable. Hot Spring is good., sky room right next to it. Only complain is the luggage service, there is no overnight luggage service which kind of bother the rest of our trip a bit.

Nice place to stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again as it’s also only a 10 minute walk from Hakata station.
