The hotel is quite a walking distance away from the train station. The room design was what attracted me to book the hotel. I love the room set up. Will definitely book again.

It's near JR Hakata station and the room is very clean! However, the room is relatively small and there is no water in the room.

Hotel Unizo is clean, and the air conditioning in the rooms are great. The location is in between hakata and tenjin. It’s around a 10minute walk from hakata station. There is seven eleven near the hotel.

Good value for $. Recommend to take taxi for first timers as it's not easy to locate the hotel. Breakfast spread was better than most japanese biz hotels, with new dishes added daily.

New and decent hotel. Compact room but very functional and clean. Comfortable bed. Coin laundry available at lobby very useful. Nothing much just around the hotel area but with 10 mins walk you can reach the hakata station and you can find everything you need. Recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel for solo travelers. the room is clean and quiet. The space and facilities are very good for a solo travelers. It's a ten-minutes walk to the city center, bus terminal, train station and more.

At 1 o’clock in the middle of the night, the room smelled like ****. It doesn‘t come from the toilet either.

My favorite Japanese hotel chain. Its cheap and cheerful and the self service amenity selection is always a delight. Would highly recommend.

This single room I checked in seems a little bit tight, usual Japanese hotel size. Hotel was located on a quieter street.

Room was pretty small, I had to resort to sitting outside to pack my luggage before I leave. But other than that, the facilities and amenities were all provided. Able to replenish them at level two. Lights were pretty dim so do note once the sky sets you most likely won’t see anything clear. I personally think the location is pretty far from the metro station (9 minutes). You will have to purchase breakfast from the front desk but I personally don’t think it’s worth the money.

It’s my second time staying at this hotel! The first time, I stayed here because I didn’t have many options, but as for this time, even tho the rooms are pretty small, I decided to stay here because it’s pretty close to Hakata city, food stalls, temples and canal city! Also free water in each floor is a plus!

Three of us stayed in single room on ladies floor and was a good stay with a ladies lounge which provided free coffee capsule with coffee machine, drinking water, message chair, few types of essential oils which we could spray in our room and return after used., washer with fee of Yen500 which we think was reasonable. Able to soak in bath tub after a long sight seeing and shopping day. Front desk was very helpful with our advance taxi reservation for next day early morning depart for our flight. Highly recommended although with a 8-10 mins walk Hakata station.
