the location is great 👍 lots of ramen house and resto nearby the room is clean and nice but the breakfast time is from 6:30 until 9:30

Nice hotel located opposite Hakata Train Station. Small lobby which looks like an office building instead of hotel lobby. Good breakfast, big spacious room. Room is dusty though.

The room size is okay but the services and cleanliness is really bad. Very dusty and have stain. We only stayed there for one night but that was the worst night out of our trip. We woke up feeling super itchy. Also, the shower amenities were bad. If you're ever going, you might need to consider on getting your own. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as the facilities are old and the cleanliness is bad.

The location is good just opposite hakata station but on the less crowded side of the station. Room side ok just enough for 2 ppl with 2 luggage. The daily breakfast is good..healthy spread

1. Very good location. Opposite Hakata Station. 2. Poor air con system in room. Warm room and not able to regulate temperature in room. 3. Complimentary simple breakfast. 4. Basic amenities provided in room. 5. Mini fridge is not working well as it freezes everything quickly including drinks and food items.

The hotel was in a very good location in front of the main Hakata station. Staff was helpful. However breakfast was terrible . Overall good stay.

Hotel location is good since it is near the train station. Service wise is also good where they allow luggage storage.

It was a comfortable stay. Location is great, just right in front of Hakata station. The room is generally clean. All staff are polite, Japanese or non-Japanese. Towels are provided everyday. Pyjamas and amenities such as cotton pads and combs are found in the lobby. Coffee machine and water machine are available all the time in the lobby. I definitely love the free breakfast, with cold and hot selections. A simple breakfast before heading out. However, I find the lighting in the room and bathroom is a bit darker to my liking. Overall, I recommended this hotel if you want an affordable and comfortable stay.

Opposite Hagata station easy for traveller who plan to use public transportation. Staff are willing to help but they can't communicate in English well and sometimes you will miss understanding the answer. For example I have to pay for car park but the map they showed was not clear to me then I parked in the wrong car park building.

Basic hotel for a night stay. Don’t expect much. We are required to pick up extra pillows and slippers from the reception by ourselves. Location is excellent for the price esp if you have an early morning flight to catch. Counter staff provided wrong info about domestic vs international airport. Do factor in time if you are taking train to the airport. You are required to take a shuttle bus to the international airport and the queue can get quite long.

The room for triple was quite a good size , but hotel rooms looks dated . The location was superb and easily assessable to hakata station .

The best location in fukuoka. Just in front of the main station-hakata.
