Richmond Hotel Tenjin Nishi-Dori recensioner

The hotel is located at a good location. Nearby shopping malls, convenience stores and restaurants. The buffet breakfast is good too.

Room is big enough, can open two 28’ suitcase easily . Very convenience, many restaurants, drug & cosmetic store nearby, hotel breakfast is good

Double Room was big enough for 2 people. Wifi was good and amenities were all available at the 2nd floor reception area. Breakfast was okay though offerings were a bit limited. Staff were kind and courteous. Just felt bad celebrating my mom’s birthday here. We’re used to getting a simple birthday greeting or a simple mini cake for the celebrant in most of the hotels that we stayed with (often 4 or 5 star) but I guess they have a different culture and we respect that. Overall stay was comfortable as the hotel is located at the center of Tenjin near the luxury stores and famous ramen restaurants.

Very neat hotel conveniently placed near the subway station entrance. There are a few combinis around the hotel and the Don quijote is walkable. Just a couple of stations away from Hakata Station.

“Convenient and new, breakfast was bad” 5-8 minutes walk to Tenjin station , quite convenient, it’s just behind 岩田屋 . Breakfast was bad, lacking of choices, costed 13-15USD. breakfast time ended at 10:30, they stopped re-filling food at 9:30 already.

The bad mattress is collapsed a bit at the centre and the pillows are a bit soft so my sleep quality wasn’t good at all during my stay.

Nice location Clean and neat We enjoy the comfortable nights at the mist of the city.

Many restaurants nearby with Ichiran ramen just at the corner of hotel. Close to many shopping malls

The hotel is located at the centre of Tenji, which is very close to the shopping malls and restaurants.

Surprisingly a great hotel, very nice location in Tenjin, there is a Don Quijote store 300 meters from the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby.

If your prefer staying in the centre, this can be one of the best choices. Very good location, surrounded by shopping mall and restaurants. Clean and have English speaking staffs. The hotel having self check in and check out machines located at the lobby which are very convenient. The hotel have 3 washing machines and the TV in the room can see the availability of the washing machines which is a credit to me.

Easy to access the hotel and the concierge staff is very helpful and nice to provide excellent services. Highly recommended to stay this hotel!
